I have never seen a webpage like this one. There are no page numbers offers poor navigating. If you click on an item to view it and click back again you are taken back to the beginning of a search you may have already covered 30 pages. Wont be wasting anymore time on the webpage.

I ordered 2 bottles of the Acv. One bottle cap seal was broken and a few ounces of the acv spilled in the packaging.
I called the company and was prompted to leave a voice mail.no response

I found this website searching for a better price on granola bars. The description says the quantity (6 boxes, 72 bars) I was shipped 1 box! One box of 12 granola bars for $28 plus $7 shipping. After bringing this error to their attention they are claiming I am wrong and it's only one box! Well then where's my one box containing 72 granola bars? A reasonable person with half a brain knows what a complete ripoff this is. Never again will I use this misleading website. Additionally, their order was fulfilled by Amazon, so what's the point of grocery.com other than to be a ripoff middleman? You've been warned!

Bought a jack for a motorcycle for 51.73 and received a. 99 cent fan from Japan. Website is down now and no one to contact

They copy and steal listings from Amazon and Walmart and then increase the price to unsuspecting consumers. I am a brand owner and they have listed my products on their site without approval and they just copied what we have on our Amazon listings. I suppose if they then get an order, they turn around and place an order on Amazon with the unsuspecting customer's information and the product then gets dropshipped to them. Very shady way of doing business. Do your research, order direct from reputable companies and avoid this website because every product on there is less expensive elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have products listed as cases and they are not quantity cases. We purchased a "case" of drinks. After we purchased we realized it was only 6 drinks. I immediately went to the site to cancel. No option. It was late but I called the business, no answer left voicemail to cancel order immediately. Sent email to the only email received (*******@grocery.com), no reply. Called again several times the next day, no answer, left voicemail to cancel order. Also went through PayPal to cancel because they already processed the order (you can't do anything until they accept payment). The next thing we received was a shipping email, it went to spam so I didn't see it until later. Product is now shipping. Then we received a reply to our message in PayPal after it was shipped. They can't cancel the order because it already shipped. We can refuse shipment and then they "will get us the right product". But of course no mention of a refund. So we are stuck with 12 drinks (because I ordered 2 "cases") for almost $75. Do not order from them expecting customer service. They will ship it so they don't have to refund you. I'm still going to report them to PayPal but it probably won't do any good.

They appear to be a reputable company- but they are NOT. The item description and what you receive are not even close. They appear to have customer service - they do NOT. You call the number, it goes straight to voice mail or nothing at all. You try the "contact us" option- its like an IM, with no proof that you attempted to contact them. They do not respond to the voice mails or the contact us messages. They do not respond to the emails using the email address on the order confirmation. They are high priced to begin with, then you don't get all the items you order, the items received are not as described or full sized... just a scam.

I have ordered rockstar energy drinks from other websites with no problems. Until I ordered from Grocery.com. In the past it was common for me to find 12 cans of rockstar juiced orange pineapple guava listed for the fair price of around $20. So when I saw the $20 price listed on grocery.com I assumed I it was for 12 cans so I ordered a quantity of 2 for 24 can (as I have before on many other sites). I looked all over the order and page… there was no quantity listed. When my order came it I was expecting 24 cans but I only received 8 cans! Thinking that this must have been a mistake because how would it ever be possible that 8 cans of energy drink be $40! So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wrote to them for an explanation and to either rectify the situation or return the purchase. After a few correspondence's they told me that upon their investigation the order was accurate and it was 4 cans for $20. I am writing this review as a warning to consumers to use extreme caution when ordering from grocery.com! They were very misleading in their pricing and quantities. It also appears that they changed the quantity to reflect 4 cans after I wrote them. Please be careful when purchasing from them or you run the risk of losing a lot of money.

Since the pandemic, over 95% of my purchases are on line. I find it to be way more convient. So, PLEASE forgive me for being a little upset. It wasn't with you but the carrier that delivered the package because the mistake has happened a few times. I was trying to buy a case of zero alcohol beer online and came on an ad for grocery.com. I saw they had the product that I wanted, "free" shipping, and when I saw the price, I assumed it had to be for a case. As it turned out, the price was for a 6 pack! $36.44 for a 6 pack of no alcohol beer! I know... I should have read the fine print, but I never would have thought this was the cost of a 6 pack. Anyway, when it arrived, (and not in pristine condition) I tried to return it in the original packaging and was told they do not accept returns, even though the website has a (unresponsive) link to a return portal... So I am now stuck with the most expensive zero alcohol beer in the world. Stay away - and be forewarned of their deceptive and ridiculous pricing and the no-return policy...
