Like the many other customers who've had the unfortunate experiences with Greenside, I'm afraid I've now become a victim of their obvious scamming.
Money was taken from my account on March 25th. I received an automated email informing me that orders take 3-5 working days to be despatched however please allow upto 7 working days for your order to be delivered.
A couple of weeks passed, so I decided to make contact... to say this process was frustrating, is putting it mildly.
Long Story short, I wasted many hours and phone calls, only to still be in the same position. Still No goods.
I've since had further communication with the lackadaisical staff, who have repeatably informed me by email, that my goods are still on the way...
Final straw, I demanded I get a refund as this was clearly not working out.
To my shock, I got another email response with the below detail...
"With regards to your email/call we would be happy to offer you a credit of your next order. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions regarding your order please reply to this email. Thank you"

Ordered item it was only delived after I chased them on the 10p per minute line. Then it was the wrong it item and I can't get the returns procedure out of them. They were quick to take the money but I have emailed and phoned every day and no further in getting the correct item. They try and say it if you who are in the wrong. As others say they do not get back to you and very poor service their website states they are the UK's leading supplier of Health and safety products. Not sure how they came by that title!

I ordered and payed for an item by Mastercard on26/03/*******. After a couple of phone calls to their so called customer support asking where my order was I received an E Mail on 07/04/2014 stating my item was on `back order` and would be delivered in 6-8 weeks.
I phoned again on 16/06/2014 querying my order without success and asked for a refund but was told I had to request it in writing which I did by E-mail.
I had a reply stating they would be` happy to offer a credit off my next order`.
I E-. Mailed them back stating I wnted either the item I ordered or a refund as a credit is of no use to me. I have not had a reply. I have phoned them a couple of times since without success.
I contacted Mastercard but was told the payment had gone to a Paypal account and to try contacting Paypal.
I contacted Paypal and was told nothing could be done as they only handled the transactions for a `Virtual Office`. And could do nothing.
I really do believe this is a scam and would advise anyone to avoid greenside at all costs.
I wish I had seen these reviews previously.

I placed an order on 6th march. They took my money via credit card 7th March. They confirmed the order on 6th March advising delivery would be 3-7 working days. They would advise within 24 hours if they could not supply the goods. 19th March I chased the order. I was advised they would get back to me! I chased several times then I cancelled the order over the phone and confirmed in writing via email on 26th march. As of todays date (17th April 2012) I still have not been given the money back on my credit card. DO NOT TOUCH this company. There is no customer service / no supply of goods and they will take your money and will not credit it back! Complete Joke

I very much agree with the other negative comments regarding this company. Having not recieved my order 2 weeks after i made it i called to enquire. The first hurdle was to get through to customers services as they are only open 2-5, then there is a long wait when you do get through. Once through i was told my query would be responed to as soon as possible. I did not get a reply until the end of the working day when I was then informed by e-mail that my order hadn't actually been dispatched and i would receive it in 4/5 days. As this was too late for what i ordered it for i contacted them again, but of course had to wait until 2pm before i could. I did e-mail as advised on the renewed order e-mail but with no reply. When i finally got to speak to someone again i demanded that the order was put on next day delivery to be fobbed off further. After a very enduring phone call with a customer services person who couldn't tell me anything or more likely didn't know anything they put the phone down on me. I'd asked to speak to a manager but i don't think they have one. I called back by which point they'd actually made an effort to help and said they'd sent out the same order again but on next day delivery. When it came it wasn't quite what i'd ordered but by this point I didn't have the will left in me to contact them again. Bottom line, they may be cheap but there are other providers out there with similar prices and that deliver their promises. Don't bother even looking at them.

PLEASE BEWARE I READ MOST OF THE REVIEWS AFTER MY BAD EXPERIENCE AND IT WAS AS IF THEY HAD BEEN WRITTEN BY ME. Wish I had read them before I ordered. I had used this website once before, but no longer. I placed an order on 24 Jan 2011 decided to buy in bulk spent over £200 only to receive part of my order of which some of it was wrong. When I questioned the size of the paper towels as it was different from their website I was told all paper towels come in boxes of 2688, their website however was advertising 3000 per box this is a considerable difference as I had ordered 8 boxes, I was told their website was in the process of being updated hmm... only just done as I checked before writing this. After several phone calls and emails (of which you DO NOT get a reply) and of which I decided I no longer wanted the order I requested an immediate refund, I am still waiting. When I told them today of the reviews I had read he asked me for the website and out of the 10 reviews tried to quote to me the only 2 good ones on there. You will only get a standard email from their customer services department saying they are looking into it but never call back.
I have never ever left a review before but am so annoyed, there are other companies outthere far better, read the other reviews please, and save yourself some money.
