This is a waste of money and deserves a refund. Can't sort out the simplest of issues.
To give emphasis to habit forming and get regular and new programs. What I got is nothing better than writing things on paper. The app is frankly a disgrace. Notifications that take you nowhere. 3 strength and mobility exercises that you are notified are new. Money back is the best thing you could do. There is nothing good about this App. Promises plenty and charges plenty.
Not what I thought, won't let me progress at my pace, very restrictive
Thought it was going to be life changing.
The app is fine, the concept is great. I wish it was more like a checklist; to complete a task you need to click through so many times. I have completed some courses but they still appear- I have found a way to clear it, but it is unclear to me if I'm supposed to leave it there? Or what the deal is. The daily pieces of information are bite sized and easy to digest. I like that I get to read quite a bit and don't need to listen to everything.
I want to make small sustainable changes.
I am enjoying the app but some parts are a little hard to use. The lessons are great and the reminders are great also. I am definitely starting to work towards a more healthy lifestyle.
It had all facets of working towards a healthy lifestyle including mindfulness and sleep along with diet and breathing and exercise.

Overall I am finding it helpful to build new habits and learn new ideas. I have started to exercise more and think more about my attention to food.
The only issue I have is I get notifications for courses I have finished, eg the sticky habits course.
To help build routine and try to stop / minimise procrastinating.
I don't get what happens after a course is finished. It still shows up and says to do it but there's no new content.
To be great!
Too much extra comments and long texts to read. If I'm marking my habits done or skipped in the same time it takes time because extra comments about how I'm doing.
Needed an app to help keep track with everything I want to get done in the morning before work and evening before going to sleep
I've been using the Greatness app for a few months, and it's my daily dose of Greatness haha. I love the number of courses they offer for so many different topics. My current favorite is the fasting tracker - I started fasting, so it really helps. :)
I didn't really have any expectations going in - I just wanted to try and see what it is they offer. But I ended up loving it. Also, I procrastinate way less now. ;)
