Tried to do this order yesterday, but kept getting error messages. No one was available to explain what was wrong or how to correct. Entered same info today and it worked. Wasted a lot of time yesterday.

I COMPLETED MY ORDER USING MY 15% OFF CODE (ADC) FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $428.00 (INCL TAX & SHIP) WHEN ANOTHER OFFER APPEARED ON SCREEN OFFERING AN ADD'L 10% OFF IF I TYPED IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS. I DID SO AND THEN IT ADJUSTED MY ORDER TO SHOW 10% OFF INSTEAD OF THE 15% I ORIGINALLY HAD. I WANT MY ORDER TO BE CORRECTED TO REFLECT THE 15% SAVING FOR A TOTAL OF $428.00. I ORDERED THIS AT 10:30 AT NIGHT (CAME BACK TO THE OFFICE JUST TO ORDER THIS) SO I CALLED BUT COULDN'T GET ASSITANCE TO HAVE MY DISCOUNT CHANGED SINCE IT WAS AFTER HOURS. don't spam me with sign up for 10% off when you are actually giving me less of a discount that the normal reorder 15 and i have to see a stupid pop up each time trying to trick me into clicking on it and wasting my time! then to further insult me you now charge me shipping on the order that was free shipping last time so i am not a happy customer!
Was very disappointed when I received a 15% off offer in that said it was good through 12/31/16 but it changed to 10% when I ordered
every year I need to adjust the order. I don't know why. I guess I'm stupid. But I always order the wrong amount if W-2's. But this year I ordered 400 1094-c. NO ONE NEEDS THAT MANY. It should of been 1094B's. You people obviously don't look at the orders. I now need to reorder forms & return the 400 1094C's. Ughhh.

I selected the option for full color logo, but it wouldn't let me submit one. It also wouldn't let me resize the logo. I can email a color logo to you if that would help? (Note: I cannot use any of our previous logos from past orders.)
Also I have an idea that I guarantee would make you a ton of money. Every bank in America has to have these same 3 brochures. You would sell so many more if you made the covers look professional. I pray one day you will color-coordinate and update the cover art and match the title fonts. I've spent hours searching for another vendor who offers professional-looking brochures but there's not one. If you ever make your brochure covers look nice, I would be happy to broadcast it to the entire American Bankers Association Marketing Network. I know a ton of banks would snatch them up because we all talk about how embarrassing these currently look. Pleeeeaaassssee help us!
