We been coming there since my son had his first cut (1yr) And today I never seen a hair stylist that hands are so shakey. And doesn't do a good, He doesn't belong in that industry. Did a really bad job.

I had a great haircut at this Cottage Grove Plaza Great Clips end of
August and it was time again. I went back to the W. Point Douglas
Great Clips Halloween morning because of the prior great hair cut.
What I received was worst haircut I can recall. I was told "all
Over cleanup" but I was sheared. Went out to my car and saw how
Bad it looked, wore a hat the rest of the day. It will take weeks
For this hack job to grow out.
Yes, this is my
Fault, for going into the W. Point Douglas Great Clips and not
Walking out when I saw that the prior employee was not there. I have
Bad eyesight without glasses and I thought all the scissors work was
Detailed trimming. Could not believe the close cut shearing. I have
Had bad luck at the two Cottage Grove Great Clips, but this shearing
By the hacker is too much. Will not be going back to either Cottage
Grove Great Clips.

I've been going to Great Clips 4 years Taylor is the girl who cuts my hair and she always does a great job I always look forward to seeing her she is funny and outgoing. She generally seems to care about how she cuts your hair and how you want it to look

It was the worst place i have been to. It was my first time going there and i will not go back. Terrible customer service and kept leaving to go to the first desk. I signed in at the same time as my boyfriend and four people went ahead of me

I realize everyone is increasing prices but the Great Clips in Nampa have raised their prices 4 times in the last 9 months. The stylist thinks it great as the wages have increased by several dollars per hour. Then gave her a $4 tip and she said it wasn't enough since prices have increased. Guess its time to get the razor out.

My son got a haircut and after getting a terrible haircut in which they took half of his hairline off with clippers(side to middle of forehead) they told me sorry and that did i want a free haircut... are you kidding me, alteast refund him his money so he can pay to get it fixed(maybe)... They did not! Terrible company policy and terrible hairstylist... if you would even call them that... bottom of the barrel!

Recently I entered "Great Clips" with the belief I would get a great clip getting my haircut here. A great clip is definitely not what I got. The only thing I got from here was a $#*!ed up haircut. I can not even believe that they can call their store "Great Clips" meanwhile they are giving the $#*!tiest clips. The amount of false advertising this place has is unbelievable. I asked for a middle part, and they gave me a buzz cut!

Started by telling stylist it has been awhile since last hair cut. I said that I wanted it cut real short she spent a few minutes on it and ask how it was, I said shorter please, once more she spent a few minutes and said done, once more I ask to cut it shorter she placed the tools down on the counter and said very loud I can't do this and ask someone else to take over. Another stylist took over and did a great job in cutting it short.

I will not return to this site.

I asked for a relayer of all my hair-she trimmed the back and did pretty much zero on the top-I asked her to thin the top out because it's heavy she did one snip with the thinning tool -it's sad when a customer has to keep on them to give a good haircut-they cut very little thinking u won't notice that they didn't do much-then charge $15 and expect a tip? Seriously-I got home and trimmed it up more myself-this place is a rip off-they want u to come back often I guess for a haircut-just do your damn job the first time-give the customer a good haircut-I feel like I was scammed

I am an excellent tipper! ($10 - 20 on TOP of their cost even if I walk out looking like some scruffy racoon in need of a cut correction by myself once home, and having hubby double-check/ cut stragglers! I am nice and not too picky, but this chain is on the level of disgusting filth by now.

No handwashing/sanitizing equipment between customers. Creepy coffin nails and heavy tats running their incompetent skills across my skull. Creepy and uncomfortable!

Spider webs on floor in store, arrogance toward customers, incompetent/poorly trained staff... etc.

I cut my own hair/bob tonight myself and it looks better than done by Great Clips. My husband won't even bother any longer and we buzz him down with Andis clippers.

Hair Dressing is a craft! I don't know what business model this place has in mind anymore... Scruff Clip?

This company violate people's civil rights by requiring them to wear masks even though the Pennsylvania Department of Health says if you are fully vaccinated after 2 weeks no mask is required. Looking into a class action lawsuit

I love going to the great clips at Poinciana Plaza. The ladies are all amazing. The manager Brie is very friendly, she makes me feel comfortable. The previous manager was very rude. Julie, Destiny, and Nash have cut my hair and it's always a fun conversation and I always look forward to my next hair cut.

I signed in online, took my elderly mother for her 1pm reservation. All my mother needed was a shampoo and blow dry... WE waited for a while, then they told me that they couldn't do my mother's hair because they had too many people waiting! This place is a total joke... MY mother is 84 years old, she was crushed... I rode around for a while til I found a salon that would wash and blow dry her hair!

Great Clips maybe is the cheapest option nowadays to get a haircut but honestly, it doesn't worth it, I got a haircut in 5 minutes it wasn't a good haircut, they did not cut carefully, and they did not take care of details, it is a sloppy job. Men's, stay away from great clips and go to a real barber shop.

This is the 3rd time I leave feeling like I have wasted my money. The blonde lady with glasses doesn't not know how to cut hair and shouldn't be touching scissors. I always have to go some where else to fix what she has done. NEVER AGAIN!

I asked the lady to cut the split ends and some extra, but the lady gave me a f*cking mullet, shaved sides and all. I didn't noticed she shaved a huge chunk out of my hair till it was too late. Bursted into tears while still in the chair. Nothing wrong with mullets but I didn't want it nor did it look good

I got to the store 25 minutes before closing time. They cut me off before I could speak about being closed so early. I began to ask a second question and one of the barbers cut me off and said to the other barber to not even bother talking to me. I went to my car to begin this review and someone else walked in and got a haircut. I went back in to ask why I couldn't get a haircut and they responded that the other customer's haircut was a redo! How perfectly fitting. Would love to submit a photo or proof of purchase, but can't, because they felt like going home early. For your records - Roeland Park, KS location

I just got a new cut to play basketball in. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, it was a fade, 2in off the front and 2.5 in off the top. They cut 3in of the front and barley even faded it, the top is all different lengths and it looks nothing like the picture I showed them.

I went recently to a Great Clips come to find out that I am required to wear a mask to get a haircut. My sons wanted to get the haircut with the mask but I told them that I was not wearing one. I left my son inside and he came out to tell me that they needed information. I ame back in and they told me that I needed to wear mask which I refused to do so. They said they could not take care of me. So I left and bought me a hair clipper on Amazon which is working very good. As long as any business requires me to wear a face mask, I will not do business with them.

Today I went to great clips to get a very simple hair cut which was just curtain bangs and layers. I even showed the lady 3 pictures and she till managed to completly mess up. Instead of cutting curtain bangs she just took a chnk of hiar in the middle and chopped it off very shortly and un even in fact. Now i have my first day of school in 3 days and have a block of short hair above my eyebrows in the middle of my face. Even for the layers she did not do them good at all and now its just uneven and not good looking. Extremely disappointed especially with the money they charge. Dont ever go here

My came their for a haircut it was a man that cut it he needs to back to school and learn how to cut hair. My son got very angry over his haircut it was bad. He left there and went to another barber in Richmond. He couldn't believe it he said there
Wasn't much he could do for it. But shave his head but then he was going to have a mark in his head. Great Clips made him pay for a very bad Haircut. I want people to no how bad the haircut was and how unprofessional they are. I will never go back!

Re: Great Clips in Hickory Flat, Georgia. Called to see if I could get my hair straightened by Karen. I was told to bring cash because their system was down, no problem. When I arrived and signed in with Karen there was two people ahead of me, no problem. After about twenty five minutes I the manager asked me if I was there for a shampoo and cut, I said no to have my hair straightened. He told be they couldn't do this today, I said excuse me! I said why wouldn't you tell me this before I sat here for twenty five minutes. He said they were closing soon. I said a few choice words to him and I will never go back. Guess the straightening wasn't as expensive as the shampoo and cut.
