I asked for a shoulder length bob. I even had pictures of the exact cut that I wanted. The lady kept hacking away until it was a chin length, uneven mess. Way shorter than I wanted, and parts that weren't cut properly. I am extremely dissapointed. I guess you get what you pay for :( I'll shell out the salon prices next time...

I just visited one of thegrwat clip location. I'll not go next time si ce I am total felt like fraud with me by price. The advertising like discount but when I went there. No discount received. I ask the customer suppo6they don't agree with me.

My friend got a freaking garbage haircut from Great Clips in Moberly, MO. He showed up to work with a haircut so uneven that I couldn't even look at him.

I have been coming to Great Clips for over 4 years now I am totally appalled that I use their automatic check-in coming to the Callahan Florida store and when I get in there I find out that there are other patrons and customers in front of me when I'm told I am next on the list will guess what I will never be patronizing your Barbershop again it is unfortunate to say that you have such ignorant management

I went to the upper Arlington location for the first time and have to say if it were for Ericka I would not have stayed nor came back, she knew what she was doing at the check in desk and did an awesome job cutting my two yrs hair and if you have a toddler you know they can be very difficult I highly recommend her.

I moved to a new state and took a local recommendation for Great Clips as a good place for a haircut! What a mess I got!
The manager was bragging that they ran 775 customers thru the shop in the previous week, and my results showed it.
I am 91 years old and the lady barber showed a blank face when I described what I wanted for a hair cut. She proceeded to cut the back of my hair so close, that my neck is bare halfway up the back of my head. She appeared to be applying some sort of hurried standard cut that the franchise dictated, and she really ruined my hair.
I did not realize the extent of the bad cut until I got home and could view the back of my head in a brighter light.
Never again! Don't trust these people!

Daughter's hair was cut unevened and when I asked the stylist to flat iron her hair, because it appeared to be uneven to me, she told me she did not have time to do it, because she was running a special. Location is Kingwood Texas on Northpark in krogers parking lot. The waiting area only had 1 other person waiting and 2 additional stylist were there working.

I have been a steady customer for nine years and, recently, I have noticed a lack of friendly welcoming when arriving at the salon. The greeting of "Welcome to Great Clips" is missing from the staff. I mentioned this to my stylist and a nearby stylist poked her nose into our conversation and said to grab a seat and do your own welcoming. Snotty young girl who needs to mind her own affairs and concentrate on her own customer. For the first time in a number of years I did not tip the stylist and I will be scouting the area for a new salon.

Pathetic and untrained hairstyles if they cannot be patient they they should say it. There one hairstylists Emma tried her so many times every time I just give her chance but every time she disappoints. Yesterday I went with my 18 month old for first haircut she didn't even gave break for one second and did such a bad job. They are just after tips. Duck creek plaza is the worst place to visit for great clips.

Walked in to Great Clips in Menlo Park, Sharon Heights to get a blowout. Joseph did exactly what I wanted! He asked me if he could use some products on my hair-and I said yes! Will return again! Thank you Joseph fir making my hair look perfectly beautiful!

If you get the right stylist you can get a decent haircut but 90% will just hack your hair up. It's a cut not a style. The customer service is poor. The big girl that works there is rude as can be. They don't realize customers pay their bills. They get lucky people in Moscow don't have many choices. I would suggest driving to the Pullman store for more professional stylists

I've had multiple bad experiences, but this one just was the last straw. The "barber" cut most of.my hair well, then took a chunk out of it. So now I'm stuck with uneven hair and have to wear a hat around to avoid humiliation.

Stay sway from the Great Clips at Stone Creek in Cincinnati, OH. Hairstylist was friendly and talkative but took over half an hour to cut hair and it was one of those lousy bobs that's shorter on the sides and was square to pointed in the back. I told her 3 times "NO LAYERS"; she still gave me a layer in the back. I had a relative even out the back as best as they could without making it shorter, and that relative is no hairstylist. Now I will have to wait a while for the sides to grow before I can get a decent cut again, but I doubt I will ever go back there if that means I will have to spend more money. This will take at least a few months. I'm very angry that it looks like crap. I agree with another reviewer; I don't think these women are licensed to cut hair at all.

I showed him pictures - front and back - and said "I want a pixie, long and moppy on top and layered and wispy - NOT SHAVED - on the back. He cut my hair all over too, too short - it's shorter than a boy cut! There is nothing "moppy" or "wispy" or "layered" about my hair. I'm embarrassed to go out in public. First two pictures are what I showed him, third is what I got.

Recently I entered "Great Clips" with the belief I would get a great clip getting my haircut here. A great clip is definitely not what I got. The only thing I got from here was a $#*!ed up haircut. I can not even believe that they can call their store "Great Clips" meanwhile they are giving the $#*!tiest clips. The amount of false advertising this place has is unbelievable. I asked for a middle part, and they gave me a buzz cut!

Long wait even after checking in ahead of time and a rude manager.They cut half my girlfriends hair and quit because she said she wanted a trim not alot cut off.She ask if they were cutting it too short and he said I'm done.She left with half her head cut.Neither one of us will ever go there again.

Not sure if these people are even licensed hair stylists. Really dont know how to cut hair. Never had a hair cut where hair wasnt wet before cutting. They dont listen to what you want done and you have to keep telling them to cut more hair. They definetly dont know how to layer hair or do pixie cut. They are super slow in cutting hair and hair cut is horrible. I would not recommend them i see why hair cut or cheap as you get what you pay for. A child could cut hair better!

Asked the cutter to blend my hair up on the sides as showed in a fade picture I provided for him. He just shaved all the way up to my hairline. I need to stop going here! (Ignore the white spots, it's vitaligo).

They messed me up, I ask for a trim so take 2 and a half inches off is not a trim at my hair length. Dont go unless you want the worst cut.

My sister came in and tried to apply too boss came to her with rude attitude and telling her if she "even does hair" "what job are you looking for really" nasty attitude towards her for no reason (boss Jennifer) she treats employees terrible in front of her customers
