My elderly friend ordered flip phone, changed his mind and let them know but they sent it ahead of his pay date and he got a overdraft fee, Then they shipped it anyway, He needed it right away as he has health issues so began to use, Then had a small accident with car and when he tried to get help the phone was muffled and he did not have a clear sound when talking or answering another person.He had called before to report so it was not new to the CS dept. Had to call again to report this issue,. Sorry now I told him this would be a good phone for him!
