All I do is talk to a computer. I have asked for someone to email me back regarding the logo and it's been over 24 hours. I get the same answers to questions when I ask on the chat. You took my money and gave me nothing.

I paid for a custom logo that was supposed to be ready in 24 hours for its first review, I sent several emails, messages and they never answer nor does the customer service phone line work, I lost my money, they are a scam! Please do not buy this service...

Paid 90$ for a custom logo which stated unlimited revisions. Received a logo to which I wasn't fully happy with so emailed back to slightly tweak the logo and they've gone silent. Everything suggests they will respond within 24-72 hours. It's been going on 2 weeks now and nothing. Tried contacting through the website and it doesn't work. Save your money go somewhere else

After purchasing and removing a logo from the database I found another company using the same one for the same business in the same country. Notified graphic springs who offered a free re-download or a professional design for $50 extra. Its been 2 weeks now with no reply or sign of what has been promised. Like many others I found the pricing indicated at purchase time confusing and ultimately misleading. You end up paying a lot more than you think you will. AVOID! Total scam artists

Complete Scam. All they keep asking for is a sample Logo so they can start the design but never send one. Absolute Scam

This has happened twice now instead of charging $38 charged us $88 and there is no way to contact these guys. Not sure if its a scam or some technical issue. Otherwise easy to create logos and look professional.

Tip for consumers:
dont pay as they charge lot more than advised prices and no contact details whatsoever

Very unprofessional and it is totally a scam! The website wouldn't let me edit and they claimed that they will refund your money only for this issue but they don't! Don't waste your time and money.

-Accept my bank emailed me the statement showing that the CVV no was correct and stating that this transaction would not have reflected as successful if any details were incorrect.
IT CLEARLY SHOW THAT THIS TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESS AND MIGHT HAVE GENERATED A NEW ORDER -After emailing the bank statement and my SMS phone notification of their account in their Zurich Bank account -THEY WENT DEAD SILENT>
Unacceptable & Dismissive!

Tip for consumers:
I would not risk using Graphic Sprint online -After-sales billing supports very dismissively of a valid transaction.

I wouldn't use GraphicSprings again. I bought the basic package for $19.99 but was charged $150.99. I contacted GraphicSpring about this issue but they refuse to refund the difference.

My advice is to stay away from this website.

Made the mistake falling for this website. Logos do not download and no refunds. No customer service. Waste of money. If you need a logo you're better off purchasing from brandcrowd.com or 99 designs.

This says free design and creation of logo, and even if it's cool, it's not you like you guys have invented anything, paying that expenssive for that is useless, I can do the same at home for no money and just a bit time spent learning. If i gotta pay for something it's gotta something worth it where they actually care a little bit about the designs and make some follow up of the client's need (which arent that great once again).
I feel like "make your own $#*! and pay for it" kinda system, hate that

We paid to get our logo and we need the file but the website does not let us download it and when we contact them several times over the last 3 weeks, we can't even get an email response... they are based in France and dont give a $#*!. Just take your money and run

Their site gives off the impression that you are able to create a free logo. Once you create your logo and go to download it, they shove a hard-coded script at you saying that other people are looking at your logo and that you should secure it right that instant or it could be taken.

Anyone who thinks it's okay for someone to spend half an hour on building something unique to themselves and then threatening to take it away from them should be put in check. Will never use this site.

Reasonable price of $19.99 for a logo, but they tried to upsell me beyond what I needed. I declined and they still charged my credit card the $48.99 upsell price.

Tip for consumers:
There are tons of logo design web sites...I suggest you use a different one. They can't be trusted with unauthorized credit card charges.

I purchased $ 99 package and none of my files will download but one of them. Once the download it says the file has been renamed or deleted. What is going on. How can this be fixed. I needed this logo to print a 14 ft banner tomorrow.

There is no customer support - once you buy you are on your own. There is an obnoxious popup bar that appears at the top of the site making it impossible to see the editing toolbar at the top of the page. If you remove your text and try to add it back in later you can't - even with the pro package. Way overpriced for what you get. And it is not free as advertised.

I spent a couple of hours designing my logo. I liked the options, bought the Pro package... OF COURSE, not really free. So there we have the deceptive advertising to lull one in. I go to see the logo and edit and it seems as there is just nothing. Finally get to edit, but the logo is simply now pieces scattered about and all in black. Cannot edit as the bar is covering the tools to do so. So, I call for assistance... just some FAQ and answers. No call center, it costs too much money. Why would anyone spend money and not really receive full service?... so I called credit card company and cancelled purchase.

I paid over $3000 for logos on this website where each logo cost me $99. This option is supposed to give you "Graphic Protection" and remove the graphic from the database. My graphics were NEVER removed and it was always available for anyone to purchase again. I spoke to Graphic Springs about this and they pretended like they didn't know about this. For 2 years since my purchases, I am pretty sure these guys knew well what they were doing. When I first bought my logos, we encountered some technical problems where the logo was not removed from their website as it was supposed to be, and I just overlooked it thinking its not their fault, but 2 years later, there is my logos again, ALL 30 of them! Youre telling me for 2 years you did not notice nor was able to sort this error out? I call that suspicious activity. Since they did not want to honor their Graphic Protection contract, I asked for a refund, because well you get refunds for technical errors right? WRONG! That's apparently not how it works with these guys. If you have ANY TECHNICAL PROBLEMS with their graphics, they will BLAME the problem on you. But wait, it gets better, not only are they breaching their contract, they have been RECYCLING THEIR DESIGNS and calling them unique. When I called them out on this and questioned why my logos look so much like these other ones they are selling, they said they have the right to REUSE parts of the design. Um, excuse me? You are basically copying and pasting the designs I bought and slapping an additional element to it. So much for calling yourselves "graphic designers". I told them to refund me my money for the Graphic Protection cost minus the cost of a Standard option where graphics do not get removed from the database and they chose to ignore me.

In July 2014 I contacted this company to design a logo for my business and proceeded to complete the online brief as well as attach a PDF with additional information about the business that I considered relevant to provide additional context.

2 days later, the company responded with 3 concepts that I considered amateurish at best. I had paid them $149 via PayPal and I expected professional work. I wrote the company and objected strongly to the lack of creativity and poor quality of work especially pointing out that none of the key elements of the brief was used in the concepts. Their response was that they did not get the attachment and therefore may have misinterpreted the brief? And that they are happy to provide 3 more designs.

What's the problem with that?

The company somehow assumes that the objective of the transaction was to provide a certain number of designs - so 3 more should be fine irrespective of the quality of work. Where I come from when someone pays you $149, you deliver work that satisfies the customer and say thank you to them for the opportunity to be of service. A single well thought out concept should have been sufficient if they were able to deliver it but alas no.

What's the lesson in this?

Don't be deceived by logo samples and fine graphics on websites that claim they can develop your logo and graphics. What you see does NOT represent what you will get. Most of these websites license graphics and online logomaker tools from some other organizations!

I had PayPal arbitrate the transaction because I wanted my money back but I lost on technicality so DON'T pay ANY company for these types of services until after you get befitting work.

They are a scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. You buy the logo you want and thats it. DO NOT pay for other services (Busines card design, headers, logo edit, or website) they offer on checkout. These are all scam. I have been in touch with them about the issues. They send me a PDF business card design! They said "Here you go. This is your business card".

Q: I have tried three different times and two different credit cards to purchase the logo created to only be denied. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY AND CONFIRM I WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I HAVE BEEN DENIED!

I tried to make a logo and had nothing but trouble! Their responses to me were NOT helpful and too general. I did not know how to size the logo and it was not explained to me. I tried to reset my password and their site was not available to change passwords. Also, my bank account was charged another $1.20. Although that is not much, I didn't authorize it. They claim it was my bank and my bank said the charge was the company. I've been trying to get help for two weeks now and my time is wasted! Do NOT do business with them! I hope I can get my money returned. If they won't reverse the charges, I'm reporting them to my bank as fraud!
