First time using the so called cookware set for Christmas. It was a disaster, the gravy had black specks floating. I wouldn't give the set away, put in the recycle bin.
I bought this cookware I was cooking and the food stuck to the bottom of the pan. I called them the representative she told me I was cooking on high heat so I cooked it on very low heat and it still stuck to the bottom of the pan. I called back she told me to return them and buy something better.
Seemed like a good product at first, then the coating starts coming off. First a sauce pan, then a fry pan, then another sauce pan. I only use plastic or nylon cooking implements so it was nothing I did. Horrible customer service. Been waiting almost a year on an exchange. Multiple phone calls and emails, but no replacement. Turned them in to Macy's(where the original purchase was) and noticed they don't carry their product anymore. Next time I will buy an established brand not a fad.
I didn't even finish my purchase because of all the upsales there were like 20 of them so I just got out of there!
After purchasing a 20 piece set, the cookie sheet is warped and a sauce pan arrived bent. I have been trying to contact the company since the purchase Dec 24,2022. It is now February and still no response except an automated email. I have reached out to them 6 times. No phone number. Beware.
Well finally after several weeks (loose term "several") I did receive a replacement pan. However it does not the pan set I have to date. The pan is copper coloured exterior whereas my original is black. Ohhh well I have a replacement.
Purchased the 15 piece "Stackmaster" set approx. Mid 2021 for $170.00. I noticed the 10" x 1" frying pan was beginning to scratch. I called their customer service in June 2022, filed for a replacement. I was told at the time the manufacturer was back logged in making that size pan; but was guaranteed it would ship as soon as possible. Two weeks went by "no replacement" so I started calling their consumer group weekly. To date no luck, well at least I have 10 years to get a replacement. LOL.
The item I ordered was defective. I contacted Granitestone to return the item on February 1st, today is March 12th. I was told 4 times they would send a return label. I never received the label. The issue still hasn't been resolved. Do not buy from the website. It is not legitimate.
Have been waiting since June for a damaged replacement frying pan. Every month or so I get an email, but still no pan! Two months ago they said it was shipping in 3 or 4 days & asked to verify my address- which I did to no avail!
And - I'm not even that crazy about the whole set to begin with since it's so heavy, but that's my problem. Just want the replacement before next year!
