Website was kind of glitchy
I had things in my cart for less than 5 minutes
Went to pay and added card details and then it timed me out and erased my cart
Could not see the price all the way at the second to last page, need to be able to see the price on every page
Lower fees and better for restaurants, i use Grabull instead of the gh, dd, and ue when it is an option.
The experience was what you would expect: I placed the order, received an email confirmation, and then the food was delivered. The cost savings compared to Grubhub and Uber Eats is significant.
It was great to use the site. Was able to combine the catering and standard food in one order. Catering provided great discounts! It would have been helpful to understand with catering for pizza that there was a minimum of 3 pizza's per flavor. It would have been great to have been able to inform the vendor for the salad catering that we wanted a tray instead of individual meals, I called and had that option applied.
The food was great.

Both ordering and pickup was straight forward and easy to do. Food was good, and appreciated that no unwanted utensils or napkins included! :D
It was little confusing at first, but after that was fairly easy to navigate

I have to log out as guest every time, so weird. Best case, when ordering, I get a email or text to get through the 2fa process... order system's not great, like my grandparents created it and never developed a version 2.0 with all the massive bugs ironed out.
The pizza is good, this site is not great though, it's like it's made specifically incompetent to make sure the customer's like me are so dedicated to delicious food that we work through the "forgot password" link at EVERY ordering of various variations of calzone's, one of my favorite foods. The order system is a pain in my ass. The calzone at Nick's House of Pizza in Medford, MA (02155) is sooo delicious. Food made with love!
I can never (since creating this account) either enter correct password or reset my password. Typically I would always have to send a text to my phone every time and get a 1 time login link - that whole process was not user friendly.
Pretty easy to use. UX could use an overhaul. I'd love to see more shops using your solution.
The website is very funcitonal, but could use a UI refresh. Would love to see Grabull at more locations
