The special delivery instructions section does not allow for some characters (such as parenthesis or periods) which I would prefer for asking to be texted at delivery and providing my phone number and typing in full sentences respectively.
This delivery man was on-time. Unfortunately, he entered at the wrong entrance (not his fault). However, he was courteous & delivered all my items, complete with napkins & utensils like I requested. Great job!
No confirmation received, no tracking available. I called customer service for an update and the person who answered didn't say anything other than "I'll call you back and hung up on me." Called again a bit later and that person told me the food was delivered. Found the food outside (not inside the lobby) on a concrete step ice cold.
