Seriously, EVERY bad review this company has got on this, and the Better Business Bureau's website are TRUE. The ((2)) clowns that gave them 5 stars are Patsy's. They work for the company, I recognize the names they used......not bright enough to use fake names apparently. Their products are CRAP, their "customer service" is CRAP, and the managers......you guessed it....CRAP!! Go to Buds Gun Shop, Gun Pro, Tombstone Tactical......ANY and ALL of these sites I just mentioned are better options guys/girls. Trust me (well as much as you would with someone you don't know) I have done the research and shopped around for YEARS. Those 3 websites I mentioned aren't the only three out there, there's Brownell's.....Cheaper Than Dirt.......Sportsmans Guide. I hope this helps!! Bottom line, just stay FAR away (and keep your money away) from these jerks and the website that spawned them!!

They will cancel your order without any notification. They cancelled my order due to policies that are not listed on their website. Wouldn't ship 17-round magazines to a city in rural Illinois because they are banned in Chicago.
They charged my credit card and I didn't find out it was cancelled until I contacted them. There are plenty of other sites out there to give your money to.

Should have inspected it better at my FFL, but a new M&P MOE Mid arrived with the barrel nut loose. Called GrabaGun and they won't do anything since I already completed the transfer. I have to deal with Smith & Wesson directly. Now I have to send back for warranty service and wait a month before receiving it back. Makes the little bit of $$ that you saved not seem worth the hassle. The box the gun was sent in was taped up and looks like it may have been opened previously. Makes me wonder if this particular gun hadn't been rejected a few times by customers, and cycled through the GrabaGun inventory before I got it. I'll never buy from them again. If you do buy from them, know that you need to inspect the firearm really well at your FFL before they do any transfer. Even then, form what others have said, the return process ain't so easy. Buyer beware for sure...

I have never seen integrity issues out of a legitimate business like I have experienced with Grabagun. I have ordered a few guns from them and after initially thinking they made a minor mistake I realized they are dumping junk, defectives, gun kits missing parts, returns and used firearms as NEW. I have received four guns that were not new. One had been fired to the point that the magazine follower had deposits and just touching the feed ramp turned the tip of my finger black. It should also be noted that after talking to the factory I learned that all of their new guns come with a plastic tie inserted through the barrel. (EAA). One gun had the wrong magazine and since the magazine is not in stock anywhere I am eating this $450.00 lemon. The third gun came with the wire tie jammed under the innards of the barrel so bad that I had to go to a gun smith to get the wire tie undone without screwing up the weapon. Finally they sent me a gun and it looked rough and the interior plastic lining of the case was broken to pieces.

Of course you are likely wondering what kind of moron continues to order firearms from a company that is so bad. The fact is the guns were ordered in very close proximity and the shipping delay prevented me from putting on the brakes in time. Otherwise I would have done what I am now doing and that is telling people my experiences and warning them. I know it is easy to read these online reviews and think some guy is trolling, but I'm giving you fair warning. Grabagun is the worst of the worst.

When you complain to Grabagun they fall back on that crap that you are supposed to check EVERYTHING before you take the firearm from your FFL. Of course this is humanly impossible to do and they know it. Once that gun lands with your FFL you will be in for total hell trying to get them to respond, RMA, send a shipping label or getting your money back.

The odds of having this many errors by accident is just baloney, Once they get your money you are screwed and they fall back on that flaky agreement you check off when you complain to your credit card company. They never intended to do the right thing and apparently people, like me, are to dumb to read the online reviews. They fully grasp the number of road blocks that can be thrown in front of you before you ever get your money back or return a bad item.

I have seen these blogs online where Grabagun does damage control about the same types of complaints. I am telling you as a guy who spent over 30 years putting crooks in jail, do not do business with these flakes. It might start off great, but they will screw your britches off before it is over. You will be far better off paying the extra ten or twenty dollars elsewhere. I can not say enough bad about this outfit. The crap they pull is just incredible and serves as a reminder of what happens when you deal with the low feeders.

I Recently purchased a Taurus model 85 from grabagun.com using a credit card that I haven't used in at least the past six months. Two weeks later, I received notification from my card company of a suspicious purchase and found out that the card was compromised and used to charge $1,251.00 for airline tickets. I am fairly certain it is the result of my purchase from the site as they are based in Texas, and the charges were made from Texas. Needless to say, although my purchasing experience was a pleasant one I will never order from their site again.

Placed a rather sizeable order, had my ffl send their information SEVERAL TIMES as per the instruction provided, they never shipped anything even the non ffl items! 6 weeks of back and forth, many emails, and a couple of phone calls later and my order was cancelled and for all my troubles they decided to keep $95. Full refund refused because of "restocking issues," for an order that was never shipped. Calling them is a total waste of time, the call goes to a call center who can do nothing for you and will only refer you to an email address, the same one i used several times to get nowhere.
Avoid like the plague! Giving your money to a bum would be more productive!

"your refund was processed on 11/11" great, where is the rest of my money? Where is the effort to complete and ship an order? Where is the simple communication required to get you what you need? Most of all where is my money?

Ordered rifle, given confirmation and ship date via email. Queried same for tracking 4-5 days later. Was told 'its in processing' Then TWO WEEKS AFTER ORDERED "Oh we sold your rifle to someone else". "We'll reorder another" - Then they canceled the order the next day. Thank you for wasting my time. No "HONOR" with these boneheads. It appears I was more fortunate than some. Bottom line, don't waste your time with these jerks, go to Slick Guns. Com plenty of great buys from reputable dealers that won't screw you around. Or be prepared to bend over and "Grab Your Ankles".

Worst sale transaction i've ever had on the internet; if you have any doubts of their reputation; just check the dallas bbb and you will see many complaints due to advertising and sales issues. Sad part about the bbb is that they close complaints due to the fact grabagun is not a member; they did mine without any resolution. My issue was; they charged my credit card for a firearm they didn't have. Never got a shipping notification from them; so i contacted them nine days after my purchase only to find out they didn't have the firearm to ship and never sent me a notice until i had emailed them and complained. My card company said that's a poor way to do internet commerce. They told me if they don't confirm a ship date to call them back and they would take over. I eventually got my firearm after over two weeks of aggravation and threats with them. Is all i can say is save yourself some aggravation and deal with a more reputable internet retailer.
