How do you know if it is a fake review or a real review? I picked up my handgun today at the Grabagun store front and what I received was a brand new gun without any defects. The gun was ready for pick-up 3 day's after I ordered it.The store front looked like a honest business and the guy's operating it were friendly and helpful. My guess is if you received a gun that has a defect the it is the manufacture not Grabagun.

This was not only my first time dealing with Grabagun - But this was my first time ever purchasing a firearm online. I cannot express how amazing my experience has been from start to finish. Fast shipping, ordered on a Tuesday and the firearm was in my FFL's hands on Friday.
As for the Shield 9mm, it came in perfect order and as described - Brand New. I ran 200+ rounds of Federal American Eagle 115 Grain and no issues to report. I will continue to run more rounds in full confidence through this firearm.

Grab A Gun is the only online co I buy from, they have always shipped my orders the next day after ordered, and I have the gun nest day after that, Two days not counting weekends because UPS shuts down. As long as they have this service and shipping they will have me as a customer. Also their communication is top notch and fast, I realize they are a business with many orders coming every day, in spit of that they are the best. Thanks to the people at GAG, highly recommended.
I got a Ruger AR from here and was happy i could find one within my price range. But it did take over 10 days to get to me which if youve bought a gun before you understand how anxious you get waiting for it to arrive. And the box was a little dinged. But overall pretty good experience.
Ordered two s and w 16 round magazines. Took my order and then the next day emailed me that it was cancelled because they won't ship to Cook County, Illinois. They are wrong. Only ammunition can't be shipped to CC, Illinois. Business must be good when they are unwilling to correct their information for a potential market of 6,000,000. Strictly small-time---use someone else.
Buyer be wear don't ever order anything from Grabagun.com they will rip you off their customer service is horrible when you call them you will be on hold for hours and they will knowingly send you defective products and then hide behind there bogus "return policy" before you consider using them I urge you to check them out on the Better Business Bureau site and see just how many complaints there are!
I Recently purchased a Taurus model 85 from grabagun.com using a credit card that I haven't used in at least the past six months. Two weeks later, I received notification from my card company of a suspicious purchase and found out that the card was compromised and used to charge $1,251.00 for airline tickets. I am fairly certain it is the result of my purchase from the site as they are based in Texas, and the charges were made from Texas. Needless to say, although my purchasing experience was a pleasant one I will never order from their site again.
I thought I'd give Grab-A-Gun a try. On 8/22/23 I ordered a AOL Gauge & a Modified Case listed as "in stock" on Confirmed Order # *******. At that same date I ordered similar items from 2 of their competitors. I received the competitors orders within 4 days - GAG sent numerous emailed advertisements & 1 excuse of high volumes. Today 8/28/23 I received a email notification that GAG shipped the AOL Gauge & there was no mention of the Modified Case. In my opinion, Grab-A-Gun is a joke.
Their website needs a little work, but they do have the best prices that I could find... The customer service may be a little slow, but helpful. My firearms I have always been shipped on time and arrive in just a couple of days! I can't ask for anything more!
Fast service, delivered gun I one day! Ammo as promised. I'm very happy.
However, shipping the accessory, the spare clip, somehow shipped with some UPS and USPS cooperation service... Took 3 weeks. That is ridiculus. There was no explanation of this slow shipping process for accessories.
Should have inspected it better at my FFL, but a new M&P MOE Mid arrived with the barrel nut loose. Called GrabaGun and they won't do anything since I already completed the transfer. I have to deal with Smith & Wesson directly. Now I have to send back for warranty service and wait a month before receiving it back. Makes the little bit of $$ that you saved not seem worth the hassle. The box the gun was sent in was taped up and looks like it may have been opened previously. Makes me wonder if this particular gun hadn't been rejected a few times by customers, and cycled through the GrabaGun inventory before I got it. I'll never buy from them again. If you do buy from them, know that you need to inspect the firearm really well at your FFL before they do any transfer. Even then, form what others have said, the return process ain't so easy. Buyer beware for sure...
I thought I purchased a Stuer Aug "new in the box". It came to me all scuffed up and obviously it was not new. They would not work with me on replacement. I'm now taking legal action against the faulty advertised merchandise.
Placed a rather sizeable order, had my ffl send their information SEVERAL TIMES as per the instruction provided, they never shipped anything even the non ffl items! 6 weeks of back and forth, many emails, and a couple of phone calls later and my order was cancelled and for all my troubles they decided to keep $95. Full refund refused because of "restocking issues," for an order that was never shipped. Calling them is a total waste of time, the call goes to a call center who can do nothing for you and will only refer you to an email address, the same one i used several times to get nowhere.
Avoid like the plague! Giving your money to a bum would be more productive!

"your refund was processed on 11/11" great, where is the rest of my money? Where is the effort to complete and ship an order? Where is the simple communication required to get you what you need? Most of all where is my money?
Worst sale transaction i've ever had on the internet; if you have any doubts of their reputation; just check the dallas bbb and you will see many complaints due to advertising and sales issues. Sad part about the bbb is that they close complaints due to the fact grabagun is not a member; they did mine without any resolution. My issue was; they charged my credit card for a firearm they didn't have. Never got a shipping notification from them; so i contacted them nine days after my purchase only to find out they didn't have the firearm to ship and never sent me a notice until i had emailed them and complained. My card company said that's a poor way to do internet commerce. They told me if they don't confirm a ship date to call them back and they would take over. I eventually got my firearm after over two weeks of aggravation and threats with them. Is all i can say is save yourself some aggravation and deal with a more reputable internet retailer.
These guys are idiots. Advertised the wrong product (complete lower receiver) & when the item came in(stripped lower receiver) clueless sales guys had the nerve to try & sell it to me. Brought it up to their manager & it was oh well refund his money back. So thanks for the wasted trip & time, clowns.
I purchased a barrel for one of my rifles. They took the money and never shipped any product. I have emailed, and called repeatedly. Every time it is the same lie. We will email the warehouse and get back to you. Which they never do. I now have filed a complaint with BATF Dallas division.
They will cancel your order without any notification. They cancelled my order due to policies that are not listed on their website. Wouldn't ship 17-round magazines to a city in rural Illinois because they are banned in Chicago.
They charged my credit card and I didn't find out it was cancelled until I contacted them. There are plenty of other sites out there to give your money to.
This is the second order that they have shipped me that had a scratch/blemish on it. The first order I just used gun bluing on the area and thought it was a fluke. Well I'm a slow learner evidently. This time not only was there a scratch on the barrel, there were missing parts, and an incorrect magazine which is useless to me. The response to my email was an automated response to contact the manufacturer. No humans will answer phone, only voicemail. Nonexistent customer service. Yes they are the cheapest price out there for a good reason. Pay an extra $20 for a reputable dealer. Caveat emptor.
Answer: The BATFE only issues FFL's for 3 years so how can your license be valid until 2021? Are you referring to a concealed carry license issued by your state of residence? An FFL can not direct ship a firearm to someone with a concealed carry license, only to an FFL, which it doesn't sound like you have unless you misquoted the expiration date.
