You have a very confusing website. The first time through, selecting pay via PayPal led to a page not found error from Yahoo! Live Store although your system retained my shipping address. The second time through, I got an error saying my billing address information was missing. The input form elements for this information were not visible until after I deselected "PayPal" as a payment source.
I have ordered Flamasil for 15 years or so. Great product, but would hope to see discounts for qty/6 ordered.

I have used GoutCure for over 10 years now. It not only keeps Gout attacks away but can reverse an attack unlike most prescription medicines which are only preventative. It seems to dissolve the uric acid crystals. I do take Allopurinol from my doctor as well. Several times over the years, I thought the prescription would be enough only to get a gout attack while not taking GoutCure. I have found GoutCure to manage my Gout regardless of what I may eat. You can vary how many capsules you take based on your symptoms and level of Gout issues. Highly recommended.

For an order over a$200 I would think shipping was free and not 12.00. However without me consulting GC I received. No shipping charge and upgraded to Fed Ex shipping which arrived on time. After a lot of research trying to find something that would stop gout attacks from happening for my husband, we found www.goutcure.com - since he has been taking the pills, he has not had another attack, which is amazing because the pain he would experience was awful.

The internet and servers up time is 99% but occasionally there are hiccups in computer communications. When you use PayPal on our website your order information has to be transfered to the PayPal server to get your account information and check your shipping information with what you have on file with PayPal, then back to our site and a glitch can happen at times and you end up with this type of issue. This has nothing to do with our site itself in is merely a computer miscommunication error that does happen from time to time especially at extreme high internet user times.
Quick service, and nice connection to PayPal. Would recommend indicating which fields are mandatory with a red asterisk, OR just say all fields are mandatory in large letters at the top. If phone number isn't included, the order can't be submitted, and there is no reason given, so it would also be convenient for a message to come up and tell the customer that the phone number must be added to complete the order.

Have been ordering their products now for a couple years for my husband, who has gout. This was the first time I experienced a wrong order. But they did fix it and made it right. Will be ordering again in the future for more products.
I have ordered from you for many years. I have told many people about your product which I feel is good. Wish the website was as good!. I am growing very tired of it telling me my address is not valid or my phone number is not valid, when it is...you have delivered many times to the "not valid address". This is frustrating. If I could find another product that I thought would work as well, I would change just to circumvent this hassle EVERY time I order.
The reason you are having an issue is because you have reversed your ship to and bill to. We always ship to your PO Box and your street address is not a valid address because you use a PO Box for your mail delivery. The address is validated through the USPS site and not by our program, if you put your address into the USPS site this is what it says and this is how the website checks on addresses.

This is a very confusing check out system. I shop online all the time, and your is by far and away the most difficult. Too many steps and confusing when choosing to pay with PayPal...please simplify your process!!
I am tired of this site always declining my credit card and I have to use paypal. My debit card works everywhere else but on this site!!!! :-( Your product is great and it helps my gout but you need to figure out why its declining debit cards.
The product went from Chicago area to Wichita to Chicago and Wichita and then me at McPherson which is much closer to Wichita. That caused an extra 2 day delay. It was sent by USPS. Like product and customer service, but shipping stinks.
