The Gourmet Gift Basket store continues to create a seamless and satisfying experience.
I've ordered from them several times in the past and would recommend them for anyone looking to provide something special.

So often I've been disappointed with products like this. They rarely show like expected or advertised. The customer service surrounding the build of my baskets was top notch, and the results were exactly as expected. Staff could teach a few companies today, how great Client satisfaction is delivered. Well done!

Annoying that there's a charge for 'large message'. Wasn't able to access the 'Live Chat'. I could read operator note, but could not type a message back.

Received a phone call on my above note, and she resolved my issues in gracious fashion.
I am happy with the selections available. I was ordering on behalf of someone else and therefore did not get to speak to the recipients. However, I know they received the baskets in good order and in the time frame provided. I'm told their comment was "We received a very pleasant surprise today. Everyone really enjoyed it". Other than that, I can't speak to the products provided, but they certainly look good on your website!

I found out that the gift of cheese cake was more of the type you can find at any big box grocery stores such as Loblaws. More an issue with the delivery service Canpar. Was not delivered appropriately as fragile stated on the box and thrown down on it's side, delivered a day earlier than was stated per agreement. Still waiting for a response from the Gourmet Gift Basket Store on follow up with Canpar. Thought they would have their own delivery truck service!

The first two dellveries went well. Haven't heard from the third one yet -- the one i sent later than the first two.
Ordering was difficult -- only because your selection is so comprehensive. I wanted to suit the contents to the recipients and your great selection enabled me to match the baskets so much better than the other companies i've tried in previous years. It just took longer to get it right! Thank you!

Mom loves it! She has slowly and methodically opened each selection and savoured each of them at different times.

I'm new to Gourmet Gift Basket Store, and this is my first order. I'm really satisfied with my order, and I'm glad my mother liked her present. On Mother's Day, I purchased a basket for my mother, which was a great present for her, complete with a lovely plaque with a note and assorted sweets, all of which were beautifully arranged. I'll definitely place another order!

Received a gift-rocket certificate from our son for Christmas. It only took a few minutes to redeem. We had it sent to our Venmo account and the money was in our account the next day. Bing bang boom.

The basket came out incredible. He loved getting the package filled with lots of goodies especially when the coronavirus is causing havoc and making it so that Halloween couldn't be celebrated the same as a normal year. I would say the only two issues I had was it being delivered a couple days before the date I was hoping for (although it worked out fine so that's not a bid deal) and the webkinz brightly colored frog plush really didn't fit the Halloween theme of the basket. Other than that, it was perfect.

There was a glitch when I tried to order online. I had very helpful customer service when putting my order through by phone. My order was delivered on time.
My experience was very positive and I would definitely use Gourmet Gift Basket again.

I was searching for gift for 90yr old who is legally blind and crippled with arthritis and I choose edibles. She says it is lovely but due to pandemic I am not visiting so trusting your guarantee of best quality

I ordered the Magic Easter Egg Gift Basket for my 2 young grandsons to enjoy. At time of ordering I upgraded the basket by $20 in hopes that some of the advertised items would be doubled up so the boys could share (ie the toys advertised). I put this note on the order: "Easy enough site to use. I didn't see a spot that i could add what i would prefer for the extra $20 upgrade. Just wanted to double up on a couple of items in the basket but hopefully it will be sorted. The basket looks great. Thanks!"
Not only did this not happen, but the basket delivered looked NOTHING like what the picture showed of the Magic Easter Egg Basket -what I ordered. Most of the advertised items in the basket - all for kids: note pad and stickers, paints, chocolate eggs, jelly bunnies - were not included.
The basket delivered looked nothing like an Easter basket for children, it looked like a specialty cookie and chocolates basket for adults. No fun colors, no easter eggs or bunnies, paints, toys or activities as advertised. We were very disappointed! It was a lot of money for nothing at all that we would have chosen to send to two little boys. It seems that I cannot attached pictures here (of what was ordered compared to what was delivered) but I will send those under separate email.

I accidentally typed in wrong delivery date. I got a call to inform me of mistake by a woman I believe her name was Monica. Saved the day for me.
