Ordered the tires on line with Labor days discount. Payed using Paypal, next day Paypal notifies me that order was cancelled. Site shows tires in stock, must not want to honor discount pricing. GOT has never emailed me with reason. Definitely will never use again.
Super amazing company for tire needs!
I searched everywhere local called every corporate company nobody had my tire sizes, I found them with got tires and they even had free shipping! They were shipped out the next day and delivered in 2 days.
Saved about $100 on two Dunlops needed to match the other tires already on car, and they were delivered promptly to my address as requested. Had them installed by Walmart. Highly recommend them. Will use Gottires again.
GotTires canceled my order and didn't notify me by email or any means. I waited and waited for a shipping notification. I had to go onto their website and look up my account to see the status. They still took my money out of my bank account. After seven days I'm awaiting a refund.
I ordered a pair of tires pictured on the web site. I mentioned that the tread pattern needed to be what was shown on the web site because I was matching existing tires on my vehicle.
I was worried that I may have not noted what I was requesting well enough in the notes for the order so I sent a separate email. This all took 3 minutes. When I sent the email I had an email canceling my order due to the tires on hand were either not the same or not available. Then I received a phone call because they read my email as soon as it was sent and they wanted to explain the order issues. It sucked that they did not have the tires which by the way were being sold at a great price and it was outstanding customer service making sure I got my email canceling the order and wanting to make sure there were no issues. Again, great customer service. I'm in my 60's, I'm old school! This is old school service rarely found now days.

Well the fed ex left my tire at the wrong house and I had to hunt it down myself. Then once I found it it wasn't the right tire, it was a 16 but not a 205 like I thought I had ordered. But I need to get back and forth to work so I made it work although it's not the correct size
I had a problem with my original tires not being in stock but they were very nice and prompt to help me find a good alternative. Overall experience was amazing. I would love buying from them again
I was skeptical of the site because I never heard of it and because the tires were cheaper than everywhere else, but everything turned out great. There was a discount code on the site and it saved me even more money and the price I ended up paying was a few hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else I found. The tires shipped quickly, but the shipping was kinda strange since I received 1 tire one day and received 3 others another day, but they all arrived quickly so not really an issue. My only real issue was the customer service representative was very difficult to understand over the phone when I called to check on the other 3 tires after receiving the 1 tire. Their accent was very difficult to understand and the connection was very fuzzy so it was painfully difficult to communicate. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable though and told me everything I needed to know, but it was a bit frustrating and if there had been a problem with my order I would've hated trying to resolve the issue over the phone. But I would definitely order from here again because the tires were cheap and shipping was fast
