Most of the negative insights are from not believers or people that don't like the truth told boldly and not sugar coated. Love what this website has help me with. Thank you GQ
This site has been my go-to for many years now when I have a question about anything regarding Christianity. It answers questions by straightforwardly reporting what the Bible has to say on the manner in a respectful manner. Even on issues that the Bible doesn't directly address, it either provides related scriptures or provides an unbiased overview of different viewpoints. Another review accused volunteer writers of not having theology degrees. While I'm sure that's true, the site's About Us page clearly states that every answer going out is reviewed for biblical and theological accuracy by the staff. Yet another review accuses the site of slandering other religions. This site gives straightforward facts on other religions and explains why those religions cannot get someone to heaven. Considering that the Bible claims that Jesus is the only way to heaven, this is (again) consistent with what the Bible teaches. I suspect the people who wrote these reviews have more of a problem with what the Bible teaches than they do with the site itself. For me, I visit this site often and love to refer people here. If you want to know what the Bible says on a matter, this is the place to go.
Wonderful sight! Very biblical and objective. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to find theologically sound answers about the bible and being christian
I agree they are biased—they totally believe and speak the truths of the Bible! My questions are answered biblically and often with a prayer or blessing for me. Thanks, GQ!
Sadly they support some false doctrines as the rapture and elements of dispensationalism.
Care needs to be exercised as what may be popular is not always correct.
Nevertheless a useful research tool.
Thank you gotquestions for the clear and concise answers that have helped so many begin and continue their spiritual growth. I appreciate your honest view that all answers are to be prayerfully evaluated according to Scripture. Ultimately everyone will evaluate the answers according to their upbringing, church influence and a myriad of other factors but let us hope that the final evaluation will be Holy Spirit led. We must remember that gotquestions is only a tool... like any book, commentary or even the preaching of your pastor. All tools must be evaluated. I appreciate the monumental effort this site has put forth in getting needed information out there. I and many other solid brothers and sisters I know have been using this site for years with great success. I have donated once as well which is not nearly enough, as all of God's laborers deserve a wage. I have found gotquestions to be bang-on about 95% of the time and take no issue if they lack discernment on some topics. I disagree with my pastor more lol. Once I messaged them about an article I took some issue with and they kindly responded. They will get back to you with any concerns. I truly appreciate the courage and boldness that must be needed to accept this great responsibility. We are all ministers in Christ and each one of us needs to be accountable when sharing Christ and his Word. Are we fallible... absolutely. We will make mistakes but let our fallibility not keep us from exercising our spiritual gifts and talents.
They did not answer my question. They did write something else.
When I did insist in answer my question, they told me If I am unwilling to accept what they write they do not respond any more.
What astonished me, too: They jump immediately to another bible translation when their translation shows sth. Not of their doctrine. And when you ask why, they send your question back to you.
No comment. But see this:

Gotquestions is an Org like JWs have. They even have some behaviour like JWs.
Also gotquestions has the TULIP teaching of the Calvinists (exactly four of five of the Calvinistic teachings). Here again you see, they adopt whatever they can use - and when not, they move elsewhere.
The acronym T. U. L. I. P used by Calvinists. These five points are:
I. Total Depravity
II. Unconditional Election
III. Limited Atonement
IV. Irresistible Grace
V. Perseverance of the Saints
This website slanders homosexuality and many other reiligions! It mocks many scientific foundings that have been proven, all based on a book written, and re-written thousands of years ago based on stories passed down through many generations from times were many belived the world was the center of the universe and jerusilum the center of the world. A time were people were tourtured and killed for having minor reiligious differences. I mean if that isn't proof enough that it's a load of bull$#*! then you are beyond help and are just plain ignorant.
I have yet to receive an answer that wasn't thoroughly researched and explained in a way that's easy for the layperson to understand. I know I can trust Got Questions for unbiased, biblical answers.
This site provides Biblically based answers to even the most difficult questions. Many questions are already answered and any question can be posed to the staff
One of the pastors at my church was talking about some of the dangers of online bible-answering sites. Then he held up a piece of paper with the words GOTQUESTIONS written across the top and said, "THIS IS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES". I couldn't agree with him more! Every person I know who uses this site, and every person I've introduced to this site, considers it to be a treasure chest of Bible knowledge and application to life. I like to share the wealth that's found on this site rather than keep it all to myself!
No words to express the magnitude of what GQ has meant to me when a new believer. When no one in my corner had the answers or discernment I found it on GQ. Such a blessing to my growth.
I am beyond thankful for you guys. Thank you for the amazing topics and videos. Great work! I will continue to recommend you guys.
Beware. This ministry is misleading. The answers are found in the Bible. Understand the bible and you will find the truth.
Great source for biblically researched truth said with empathy and understanding…but never wavering from the Word of God
This organization sent letters to my little kids under 10 in handwritten style envelopes.
If you are confident in the truth you are selling you wouldn't prey on children.
Bunch if lies
I am so grateful for all those who respond to questions about the Bible. It has been a great help to many people.
Very informative and biblically accurate answers. Outstanding in its genre... thank you for the hard work. I am blessed to have its app on my phone.
I love using this app for quick answers to my Bible questions. I can always count on them! Thank you!
Shame on you. Let adults make their own decisions. You are soul snatchers. Please keep your spam to yourself

We are an internet ministry. We do not send letters. We have never, in our 20-year history, sent handwritten style envelopes to children or anyone else. This person must have us confused with a different organization.
