My experience so far is first time shopping Gotprint really like how business card design pick your own style look.
I ordered stickers, they sent me pieces of paper. I inquired with customer service about the discrepancy and they told me that despite their website lacking any of this information, I should have known that the paper size (that they have as an option for their STICKERS) means it won't be Sticker and it is my fault. I asked for a refund as the product is completely worthless to me. They refused. They offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and do not uphold.

I needed to restock my business cards
Not only was the ordering process super easy, but they're online editor made the process seamless. The order came fast as promised, and the cards came more beautiful than I ever would have expected especially for the price 11 out of 10!

After dealing with VistaPrint for my first couple of business cards, and finding, that unless I was willing to pay all of their extra fees-- I heard about GotPrint. Received the free sample kit in the mail-and I was hooked! Have been a long time customer, so I LOVE the new format on their website, since I can manipulate quantities easily to see where I might save more money. There's NO charge for my custom designs, front & back printing is also a bargain... and best yet? Its an American company! My cards stand out amongst a sea of 'free template' cards that are oh-so-abundant at shows. I constantly get compliments on my cards, my hang tags and my long narrow banners that were custom made. I NEVER leave a craft show without recommending GotPrint!
Tip for consumers:
Be SURE to print out a preview at home, if you can-- their templates are wonderful for those who are knowledgeable with photo editing and such, but may be difficult for a novice.... altho they DO give specific directions!

I absolutely LOVE my cards! I was a little worried because the price was a lot cheaper than any other place I looked, but after reading their guarantee I decided to order all 250 cards. I couldn't be happier! The color came out exactly how I had made it (I created my cards on Adobe Illustrator and exported them using CMYK format, which is the same this company uses to print). For the most part all the cards came out centered (there were a few that were slightly off, but only noticeable because I was trying to find something wrong with them) and very good quality! Would highly recommend if you are creating your own custom cards and looking for a place to print them, though I would suggest getting envelopes elsewhere.

I have been using gotprint since 2010. I found gotprint when i was looking for placed to get business cards done. Pricing was decent and the quality excellent.
I needed to find a spot to print our business cards becuase the place my company at the time was using was extremely expensive for really mediocre card quality.

I'm a graphic designer and have a lot of experience with printers. GotPrint definitely has one of the best price points and overall product selection by far. I was very pleased with everything.
Found them through a Google search and they seemed to have the cheapest prices.
For how cheap everything was
I have never used Gotprint for cards. However, I decided to give them a try after getting poor quality cards from a different company. Gotprint printed THE BEST quality cards I have ever had. I am so happy with the product and I am proud to share my cards with others.

Amazing quality, True Professional. I am delighted every time I order something. They are quick and have a fantastic range of items and All of that at great price.
They printed posters and mounted them on post board for me. Excellent work. Fast, and inexpensive. I went and picked them up, since they are local (saved me some postage). Good job! Will use them again.
I was shocked to find an online printer with such affordable prices. I thought since they are cheap, the quality would suck, but boy was I wrong. You not only get great quality products, you get them for a cheap price. I just hope they bring on more options for business cards soon.
