As alot of other people I booked u2 tickets for 8/7/17 for my son & me, & waited for the tickets to arrive, & as we all know they never did, what pisses me off is We've missed out on a once in a lifetime experience that we can never get back, we were both really looking forward to. Would like to say how impressed I was with HSBC for crediting my account, within a day of reporting, even though I thought I might struggle, as id paid with a debit card, cheers, but dosent make up for what we've missed out on
Booked with them 5 months ago, received confirmation and seat allocation, everything looked fine. When I chased up the tickets last month I received a prompt email response telling me they would be dispatched 10-14 days prior to the event. Today, however, the web site and phone lines are closed and no sign of cliff Richard tickets for next weekend. Scammed by a shameless company. Even their sales lines are dead now!
I ordered tickets for Cliff Richard concert and at the time the staff at Go Tickets were very helpful, finding me an end of row seat. They emailed me the receipt and verbally gave me the seat numbers and said tickets would be sent out. I still do not have tickets and when I tried to Email and/or phone it does not exist! I have now reported this company to Action Fraud. I am going to hunt down the MD whose name is VALBONA GJOKA and apparently is still trading
Robbie tickets arrived today but customer services are appalling. I have been kept on the phone yesterday for well over an hour with no response. I understand they may be busy but the phones should be answered or employ more staff in your call centre.
Charged twice for my booking which was rather annoying. Even more annoying I still had to wait another 6 days for the funds to show back in my account. However in defence customer services did fix the problem relatively quickly.
Tried to book some Phil Collins tickets when they went on sale but the website just froze! Very annoying missed my tickets and had to buy else where at a big premium...
I tried to make my second purchase with Gotickets for Phil Collins tickets but tickets just run out in seconds. No tickets held in a queuing system as such or I was too slow either way was disappointed.
The first time I have used this company and everything went smoothly with my booking, however when I wanted to cancel my order due to an unforeseen double booking with another engagement I was told NO. I was told if I had taken out the refund protection policy it would be possible but if not there was nothing they could do as all ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or postponed. I felt quite unhappy about this experience but I did manage to alter the date of my other engagement so I can now attend but be very careful if you need to cancel or my advise take out the protection policy it could save you money!
Tickets arrived very late which was very frustrating. Had to keep phoning the company everyday to see when my tickets will arrive which was very annoying. Finally arrived apparently they were sent to the wrong address... Not sure what to believe however all good in the end!
When I arrived at the theater to collect my tickets they did not have them to hand. A brief frantic moment of panic ensued but they were able to figure out the problem and resolve the issue after a phone call to Gotickets. I was very stressed at the beginning but the show was very good.
