I placed an order for sunblocks with GoThink (ThinkSport and ThinkBaby) - about 6 items. After several days, my order was cancelled and my money was refunded. I followed up numerous times and received no explanation as to why my order was cancelled, but upon visiting the site I can see they are reporting the items suddenly out of stock. It's worth noting, I scored a great deal because it was during a promo time. I'm assuming they oversold and either have an awful website that doesn't properly update, or realized the deals were cutting too much profit. Regardless, because they couldn't even be bothered to respond I wouldn't recommend their brand to anyone. There are plenty of other brands that are highly rated with top notch customer service. Go with them instead and save yourself the headache and crumby customer experience.
