Gotcha Houston

I was told that I needed to put a credit card down to hold a reservation but I would not be charged once we showed up. They charged me $20 anyway and when I told them about it, they apologised and said they would refund my money. BUT THEY NEVER DID! I called 4 times and N* played me for a fool for one month. They ignored all my emails. Obviously there was never an intention of paying me back. In the end I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and get back my money. What a bunch of lying thieves!
