Never ever book with this company; they're looting people's money. I stayed five nights at their hotel and they charged me for nine nights. They don't pick up your phone and don't reply to your e-mails. This compnay is a big SCAM!

Do not waste your time or money! This is a huge scam! I paid for a hotel prior to checking in. Upon checking in, I was told that payment was not received and that I would need to pay for the room. They had my name but not payment. I have called this fraudulent website almost daily since then (3 weeks) and keep being told they are working on my case and they will get back to me in 24 hours after contacting the hotel. They do not update me within 24 hours and the hotel has not heard from them once! Do not use this, save yourself time and use a reputable 3rd party because this one is not it!

I was reluctant on using go splitty as well. Fortunately immediately after I booked, I called the hotel and they gave me a confirmation that I have a room. 👍

Seemed like a good price. I asked about any other fees and was told no. After my stay I was hit with more fees.

RUINED MY DAUGHTERS COLLEGE GRADUATION. Booked the room they took the money BUT NEVER SENT TO HOTEL! THEY FLAT OUT DONT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER. They prey on people who can't afford a lot and they don't care. AVOID AT ALL COST.

This site is a scam, they charge you, don't let you cancel and don't actually book the hotel you paid them for. Terrible customer service too, the cheap prices are in fact too good to be true.

They wrote ALL fees were included upon payment. This is not true. I was charged 150 dollars for resort fees upon checkout from the hotel on my card that I left for incidentals.

Booked a hotel room through Gosplitty and the hotel went out of business prior to my check in date. Gosplitty refused to refund my money, saying I didn't fallow their cancelation policy.

No app available, no customer service, no refund and fake refund offer, sight falsely changes peramiters so it's not working correctly. Absolutely garbage
