This scam site, probably out of India, cited me a price for a medication of $89. When they said "order the prescription" at any number of pharmacies, they said the price is normally $******* but they "discounted" it to $*******! Are they kidding? Are they for real? No one pays $******* for a medication. I told them I wasn't buying a car, cancelled my membership and demanded my money back from their "care team." They refunded the money but they are complete scam artists. Don't give them ANY credit card information! These people are crazy with their phony coupons. Avoid them at all costs.
Went to Walmart and showed them the goodrx email I'd gotten for my rx for $12, which they noted in my rx record but they were out of stock, so come back tomorrow. I did and they were still out for another day, but they filled half the rx and charged me $20! More than double the price quoted! Pharmacist said they weren't obligated to pay the goodrx price. What?! Other pharmacies were listed but i told my dr the Walmart pharmacy because of the lower price. How are we expected to know which pharmacy is actually going to honor the goodrx price, while we're still in the drs office?! So now i have to deal with the hassle of somehow switching half of a rx to another pharmacy that will hopefully actually honor the price. But it's a crap shoot.

This company has completely sketchy and non transparent business practices, I have just spent 2 days trying to get a coupon honored at my local Walgreens (despite the epic misdirection from Good Rx trying to assert this is a problem with matching the coupon to the pharmacy to the 'exact prescription') when i managed to speak to the Walgreens manager they proceeded to tell me this is a constant problem with Good Rx, they have misleading coupons which absolutely do not need to be honored by the pharmacy and they use any number of litigious and small print carve outs. I am disgusted. Having paid $49 for a prescription itself (and then being told they could only prescribe a 20g not a 90g as requested - clearly to force repeat visits and $49 payments) I now cannot even get the coupon honored. And don't bother trying to get anyone on the phone to complain about the service, they carefully construct their site and contact options to only have IM chat windows (with no live service) and likely these bots just repeat endless cycle of 'check your coupon'. Its infuriating and appalling. AVOID these people.

Pharmacists will, usually, first process your script with the insurance on file; when you provide a GoodRx coupon they have to reprocess you medication. As of 1/1/2024 they are not accepted at the CVS I just went to. Even though they claimed they had my medication there for $118 via GoodRx this was not the case. CVS wanted to charge $279 - sorry not going to pay that.

I setup an appointment for a medication I have been prescribed by my primary health doctor in the past. Thought I could save myself a Dr visit. Explained my symptoms and within 30 seconds for a reply that I should just go to my primary physician. It was clearly a copy pasted message. After that got no response until the next day someone telling me they were sorry. Terrible experience, do not waste your time or money

The app or a text is the only option for using GoodRx according to customer service. This is not user-friendly for sight-impaired individuals. I thought or maybe assumed I could just print a coupon from my email. (I use a text reader to read and use my email on my LARGE screen computer.) But I could not just click and print a coupon, they required me to download their app, which I cannot read or use. Now I admit I have the "Free" version, I can't imagine paying for this even to get a better discount.

Good Rx shows prices offered by pharmacys that they will not honor. I have tried using Good Rx 3 time in the past couple years. The latest one today at Raleys. Good Rx had a price and coupon number but Raleys said thier company policy will not let them sell that drug at Good Rx prices. Why would Good Rx show a drug listed at a certain price at one pharmacy when they have no way of knowing what the pharmacy will charge you. This is false advertising in my opinion and very misleading. I will not waist any more of my time with Good Rx. SCAMMM

I tried using the app, and considering I'm a skeptical person who respects their privacy I felt like that needed a lot just to know it's me. Which I understand but I just can't do it. I would've loved to use it considering I really need help, but it was taking to long to get an answer. I just got out of work and I'm running on fumes. They'll take advantage of you any way they can...they advertise one price on Google search, in my case 30pills for $18.70. Then you go through very unclear process of answering few questions and all of a sudden I'm already charged $49 - just for automatic chat. Then I pick up my prescription and it's another $48 for 12 pills. Nurses on the chat have no idea about pills quantity and dosages.
In short what I thought would be convenient way to get around 36 pills of my medication for around $20 according to their advertising turned into 12 pills worth $97...

I have used good rx with success but recently you had a price listed at kroger pharmacy and they would not honor your price. I traveled 45 minutes one way to get that price and was turned down. That was a costly disappointment

I used GoodRX one time in the past without a problem. Today I had an unexpired coupon that stated the price for my script and when I went to pay it was more. I called GoodRX and was told there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak with a supervisor and there was no supervisor available and someone would call me back shortly. I never received a call back. Disappointed in the service as the coupon price was not honored and no one called to follow up.
Update: GoodRX responded to my review and must have been thinking of a different customer. The pharmacy checked and the coupon was correct and matched all the script details. I was told by the GoodRX representative that sometimes the price can change even if the coupon is not expired. I think if the coupon is valid the price stated should be honored.

Last thru 3 automatic refills then without notice billed $86.40 for same meds. If you go to pharmacy you can decline prescription if too expensive. A doctor asks me a stupid question even though I did provide an answer in my initial questionnaire and because of that they were taking forever to get back to me when I needed help right away! This is a fraud where they take advantage of your money and time, because you have to pay upfront, when you desperately need help. It is a message system, not a real time chat so you have to wait until a doctor responses to you. It is a total disaster. Do not use them and waste your money.

This would've been my third year using GoodRx. Ive had nothing but problems every time I use them. I've had this prescription prescribed to me by THEM the last two years. Mind you I've been on this medication for 8 years. I've had migraines my whole life and more from my concussions. I see a neurologist for that. Never EVER did they say I can't take my medicine due to migraines. GoodRx randomly decided they couldn't give me my prescription because "I get migraines." Such a long process for absolutely nothing but stress. Let alone the endless loop I had working with customer service. Horrible. I will never use them again.

I made an appointment with GoodRx care and had an appointment with Ashley Calta. Ashley is the worst kind of nurse, where she completely ignored the information I provided and maliciously ended the meeting in blatant violation of NV law. She actively committed wire fraud and medical malpractice during the call and refused to prescribe the medication I needed as part of a routine refill after moving states. She acted with direct malice in making an inaccurate diagnosis to prevent me from receiving my medication. Ms. Calta is a horrible nurse and a horrible person. I would certainly not advise using GoodRx Care.

My wife has non-small cell, non-smoking lung cancer. We purchased her first script for a little less than $500 at a Safeway (very rude) in Fairfax Va near Centreville. She is at a refill point and now the cost at the Saeway is over a 1000% increase. For the past week the cost at Giant has been a little less than $500. I'm guessing our inquiries have made that cost increase over 1000%. Bait & switch? It's like a drug dealer saying the first one is free--now we got you. So, my experience with Goodrx is pretty rotten.

I would recommend Good Rx to anyone and everyone who needs medical help after hours of normal businesses. I would even choose this over most medical experiences during typical business hours to be honest. Quick. Easy. Affordable. Plus they checked in on me after which I didn't expect. I love that the staff is knowledgeable and caring. I wish I could give them more stars! I recommend be careful and pay attention when selecting how you rate your experience after your visit as I assumed it would show the ratings in ascending order not descending order and inadvertently clicked on the worst option where I had wanted to give them the best rating possible.
