On 20 november I paid for a Windows 10 Home OEM license. One day later and didn't receive any license or email from them. I checked also "SPAM" folder as they recommend when you buy. No contact details provided.
They will sell Pirated Keys. I have experienced this after buying MS Office 2016 pro. Key may work initially, but later it will say that key is invalid. When I checked with Microsoft they clearly told that the key is pirated and hence they have blocked the key. Don't buy from Goodoffer24.com.
Waste of money
I bought dead cells on goodoffer24 for less than half of current MSRP. They tout something called steam cloud activation. This is nothing but buzzwords. They simply purchase the key in markets like Asia or Russia etc. And then activate the product on your account using a sock5 proxy or a VPN. They require your account password, a SteamGuard token, and your account login. The process happens in literal seconds. Far too fast for a human to do, leading me to believe it's automated.
Pros - automated, fast
-much cheaper than g2a or steam
Cons- against steam Tos
-no way to verify that they delete your data
-have to turn over account login info.
I want to warn you that if it is too good to be true it is. Goodoffer24 advertised a Windows 10 key for less than $15. I receive the key promptly, then proceed to install Windows 10 and find out the key is invalid. I go through several hours of troubleshooting, eventually calling Microsoft and they investigate the key and say it is a Windows 8 key. I contact Goodoffer24 and they said they will research it. They take 2 weeks and nothing. Then when I contact them again they say the exact same thing, they will "test" it and then get back to me. I of course tell them that it is fraudulent for them to sell me a Windows 10 key and ship a Windows 8 key. They are Classic bait and switch fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
THROWING MONEY! When my first key was blocked after 2 days I was assigned a second. That key was only worth a few hours to me. The key to the other product is invalid after 4 days. When I contacted Goodoffer24, after my claim that they were assigning the same key to other customers, they no longer responded to my messages. Goodoffer24 keys are a scam. THROWING MONEY!
