Good E-Reader

I had bought a Boox Note e-reader device through this store for around 600 dollars. I was quite happy with the purchase except that the stock stylus felt cheap. I saw that they also sell what they marketed as "a premium pen for e-readers (including mine)" which I proceeded to purchase for 50 USD including shipping. The problem was that the pen I had received was defective, it wouldn't calibrate well to the device and kept drawing random stuff. I contacted the store and they instructed me to adjust some settings, which didn't resolve the problem, then they just went silent and stopped responding to my emails when I requested to return the product.
