GoodEarth has a great selection of products, but their delivery process leaves much to be desired. Orders take far too long to arrive, which is frustrating, especially when time-sensitive items are involved. It's disappointing because the quality of their products is good, but the delays make it hard to rely on them.
If GoodEarth improves their delivery speed and provides better updates on shipping status, they could be a much stronger contender in the market. Until then, it's hard to recommend them for those who need their orders in a timely manner.
The container was empty, the box was wet and there was a little Betco in a plastic bag. The packaging was poorly done. I paid for nothing. I will be calling you today, I would like a new shipment or refund!
