Good Chop

Wow. What a fraud this company is! I ordered an extra large box - supposed to be 42 lbs of meat. I received 25 lbs., in a box that was 1/2 full. When I inquired as to why, I was told I had received all that I was entitled to… so I paid $370 for 25 lbs of meat. I don't know whether it's any good or not… but let's just say, I have cancelled my subscription and will NOT consider ordering again. THEY ARE THIEVES!

When I received my box it was damaged, as was some of the meat. I tried to contact customer service via the chat. They offered a discount on a box after I order two more boxes, because I had a $20 off my next two boxes so they would not refund me anything until I paid for those two boxes then they would discount the third. When I asked why they can't just credit my next box or a refund they disconnected the chat before responding. I also received a how was your order email and I responded. They have not responded bad it has been a month. I will tell everyone not to order from them. The meat that was undamaged was decent quality, but overpriced compared to local. But I can see the convenience, I pay for Imperfect Food and a a few meal kit subscriptions. But due to their customer service, I would tell others to stay away

This is really a marketing scam. The meat is no better than a local butcher, Costco or even your grocery store. I tried it thinking I'd be blown away by the quality. What I found was it was just a slick website and the packaging an environmental disaster. The shipping is good but customer service is not.

I received half of what I ordered and the other half was just stuff they threw in instead of what I ordered. Half of the things they threw in had been cut open and were freezer burnt.
CUstomer service was overseas and after I got hung up on twice, I was finally able to cancel and get a refund. I would rate them a no star if it would let me.

Goodchop is a fraudulent company. They use scam practices to steal and ripoff money from people. They ignore any and all correspondence to request cancelled and stop any further shipments after "free" trial($15) after numerous attempts to stop this insanity they NEVER responded! They continue to ignore any requests to cancel! This is a SCAM!

My meat came at 8:15 pm totally defrosted and warm and the only thing that was offered was 50.00 off again whoopee... I threw my box away wasting 100.00 thanks for not making it right good chop.
