You have to mail in payments to get a discount of 4% but there customer support is such garbage. How in 42 yrs of living this is the only company that mail has ever been lost to, twice. Yeah I understand mail gets lost but twice to the same company on 2 different occasions. Lowest common denominator its the companies customer support. To cancel the order they keep your down payment and then can charge you up to $475 in fees and that is up to the companies discretion. Horrible company customer service and policies. After I figure out this transaction, I will never do business with again. So much easier to purchase tangible precious metals from a reputable company and have shipped to my door.

Only four stars due to shipping! Most people are working when such an order is delivered. Most people can't have or want such an order to come in thru their shipping department at work. GldSilver was willing to let me pick the order up at my local Federal Express office however, the delivery insurance was over when the package was delivered to the Federal Express office. I did/do not like that
I had to have it delivered to a friend's house. I have ordered several times, everything went well. Looking on line I see that Goldsilver is not the cheapest. I see a competitor is sell 2019 tubes for $6.00 less. I will buy mine from Mike! I feel a debt to Mike Maloney, he brought it to my attention that the National Debt is not just a number. With 500 billion in interest being paid on 22 trillion with a 2018 tax collection of 3.6 trillion comes to 13 or 14 cents of every tax dollar collected goes to paying the National Debt. We are in run-away.
