They have horrible customer service. You have to follow up with them over and over again to get them to issue refunds. If you never emailed them, you'd never get your refund. The hair quality is ok, and the colour selection is great, but they make errors and send you the wrong item quite frequently and then it takes ages to get the refund for it. Their customer service is generally terrible. Connie (manager) is completely useless and doesn't care about keeping clients happy.
I've been ordering from this company for couple of years now and they have always maintain quality products and especially customer services.
