Recently I visited to jaipur for a weekend trip.So, I started to find the best staying option in jaipur Then goibibo helped me to find a suitable hotel. The property was well served and hygienic. Secured my travel under 2x policy but I wasn't aware that it's a total fraud. My trip was cancelled when I was on the way of railway station. I took a flight as I was having bookings for my 7-day trip. My trip costs 3500 but they refunded only 2700 instead of double amount. They gave me a voucher of 2700 with 7 days validity. How can I travel if I'm already out of town with this coupon. I raised an issue regarding same but no solution from their side. Never use Goibibo. They're fraud.
I BOOKED A TICKET FROM MADURAI TO CHENNAI IN BLUE BIRDS TRAVELS, ON 2. 8. 18, THE OPERATORS WERE VERY MUCH CO-OPERATIVE IN ALL ASPECTS VIZ, RESCHEDULING THE TICKET, ARRANGING BUS IN TIME, STOPPING IN A GOOD HOTEL FOR TIFFIN, PROVIDED EXTRA WATER BOTTLES ON DEMAND, AUDIO AND VIDEO. ETC. EVERYTHING ARRANGED UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE OWNER HIMSELF AT MADURAI, THE JOURNEY WAS PLEASANT AND KEPT UP THE TIMINGS ALSO. I RECOMMEND THIS BLUE BIRD TRAVELS FROM MADURAI AND FROM CHENNAI FOR A COMFORTABLE JOURNEY.
