Not sure why there are so many awful reviews here but my experience was excellent. Bought an iPad and leather case which came within 4 days of ordering. The product is great and the service was exceptional. Thank you GoGroopie.

“They violate the Consumer Rights Act and distance selling laws”

2 of the same items ordered but separate postage charges. Both items damaged. Photos and videos provided but they said tried to suggest it was an optical illusion. I have to pay postage to send the items back for item refund but they refuse to refund postage. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even though I brought this to their attention, they wouldn't budge. Never again.

I wrote a review about my order, airing my concerns about my purchase on GoGroopie.
After reading such bad reviews I expressed my concern as to whether I would receive my purchase. I did receive. And it was not the company fault. It was mine. I got good few mails from them. With different offers, I only came across the mail saying I had not completed the transactions so I wouldn't be able to get the discount until completed. I did straight away and got my purchase with in two weeks. So let me give credit where credit is due..

Had trouble with the seller due to covid 19 (he could not complete the order) gogroopie sorted it out and gave me a refund... excellent service well pleased

Have ordered garden recliner. Plants. Garden funiture. All turned up no problem, in good condition. The best deal was the garden recliner. Couldn't beat the price. Have seen other stuff I looked at cheaper on the net. And sometimes the delivery charge is a bit high but had no problems yet don't like the voucher delivery scheme. Could see how people could miss this.

They took my money, voucher never arrived, have failed to respond to emails, this was supposed to be an engagement ring. It is basically theft.
