I agree with prior reviewers. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a ultraXtend WiFi and after properly installing, my download and upload speeds (using the Speedtest app) in all areas of a 2100 sq ft condo got significantly worse. I have contacted Customer Service multiple times, and the best they would offer was a 30% refund and I could keep the worthless product. Never purchase any product from them.
I ordered a humidifier on December 26,2023 and they tell me that the item will arrive in 10 to 20 days from the date of the order. This company is lousy and there customer service is very unprofessional. Still waiting for my item and when I asked to refund my money they tell me the computer will not let them. They kept cutting me off every time I spoke.

Their website gave me an error message while checking out twice. So I ordered from someone else. Nevertheless, they processed the order without my knowledge. As soon as I found out I canceled the order. They shipped it anyway. Now they refuse to refund my shipping costs and are actually charging me to restock the item.

Bought portable heater. Broken on arrival. Difficult to contact anyone. When I did they didn'tt seem interested. Impossible to find out where to return it. Am still lumbered with it.
After about 30 days, the right earbud in the Beatsbud x1 product would not charge beyond 10%. I didn't use them often. So saying "30 days" is being nice. They likely didn't charge correctly from the start. After 30 days, GogoGadets will not replace your defective device and they will not refund you. DO NOT BUY anything from GogoGadets. It's a fraudulent company that preys on people. Their customer service was as bad as the product. I would give them 0 starts if I could.

Stupidly ordered 4 heaters from this awful company. They arrived in am amazon bag despite not being ordered from amazon. The boxes where damaged and the heaters were worse than useless. Their returns policy is laughable but I'm not laughing. I have to pay to return this rubbish and HOPE they refund me. DONT waste your.only on these scammers

I purchased the SilkSkin hair remover, only to learn upon receiving it that it would not work on light colored hair. This was not indicated in the product information on their Web site. When I contacted them to request a return address, I was given a run-around, and - despite numerous requests - I have yet to be provided with return information. I believe they are simply waiting for the 30-day return window to close.
Most of my requests for Customer Service have been by e-mail. When I did call their Customer Service number, I was told the item could not be returned, but was offered either a 50% refund of the purchase price if I accepted the offer by phone or an 80% refund if I waited to receive the offer by e-mail. The e-mail did arrive within two days, but offered only a 30% refund, while closing by saying they hoped I would accept the 50% refund offer. What the heck? I am still trying, but expect I will need to write this off as an expensive learning experience.
I was browsing their site when it appeared I had bought two pairs of electrical products, one of which I have no idea what it does. It seems they processed an order and it came out of my PayPal account without my permission. I think they have some software which scams you into buying things you haven't even ordered. I ended up with a bill for almost £200. I instantly tried calling them but no one answered. I then emailed them within half a hour of the scam but they didn't reply until the following day to say they couldn't cancel the purchase because it had already been processed. Please avoid even browsing on this website.

Beware of the "Beatbuds pro" that this company is selling. It has no logo or serial number and is made in China. Mine lasted just past the 30 day warranty. This is no bargain!

This is such a scam. Saw a review of ear buds and placed an order. As others have noted, a red flag when they hit your credit card before you see tax and shipping charges. Emailed them an hour later to cancel order prior to shipment. Called customer service but no one ever answers. Called my credit card folks but not much they can do; at best I can try to challenge the charge after it is posted. Shame on me and others who did not sniff these skunks out.

I purchased 5 cameras. They arrived by usps. One box was damaged. Just happens to have damaged the camera. It goes on but won't move up or down. I've been in contact with customer service by email. They first told me to reply and tell them I want it replaced. I did, then they started asking for other items. Everyday after they ask for something else. I don't know what part of the camera won't go up or down, that they don't understand. It's safe to say that dealing with their customer service, I won't be making anymore purchases or recommending them.
There are too many negatives to mention. They appear to be a Chinese company that is affiliated with STRAIGHT COMMERCE INC, which seems to be based n California, and/or Arizona, and/or Delaware. They come up with all these rules for not giving you a refund ONLY AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Misleading marketing such as ONE SIZE FITS ALL, BUT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE SIZES LIKE. L/XL. PRINTED ON THEIR PACKAGING. Didn't matter, I couldn't get the sOCK over my heel, it was TOO SMALL. They made me pay for shipping 3 TIMES and won't return any of it. STAY AWAY FROM THE THIEVES, you'll just be throwing your money away

Bought a video doorbell didn't work sent over 20 e mails before they answered and then eventually got an answer. They wanted to replace it but the quality was very very poor plastic. A poor replica for over £71. Even then it took another 20 e mails to get an address to return the item. I was then given an address in California. I sent it there. Sent the company proof of postage and also a receipt for over £15 postage. After I sent that you guessed it. They sent me a return address in England. I found the customer service so bad with go go gadgets. I would advise not to buy anything as they are a bit of a scam. I am still out of pocket with them and they refuse to pay up. You are better throwing money in the bin rather than giving it to this lot. Steer well clear of them.

Extremely bad. The headphones broke after 2 months, people refused to take them back, actually against the EU regulations and wrote that they would like to help with something else. Do not buy here, never ever touch any of their products.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 2 products that cost $150 each from this company and did receive the products but only got 2 uses before it broke. They are not willing to do anything at all like replace my broken product because it had been 60 days since purchase. Yes the purchase was made in November but not given until Christmas and then broke literally after 2 uses. Very cheaply made products and very poor customer service.

Paid 60$ for a defective cheap like 5$ toy blender. Demanded a refund to which I was told Keep the trash item and I'll get 30% back. I wanted my refund. Long story short. I paid the return. The receipt is untraceable so I couldn't contest it; Which I see In multiple complaints against this "company". Kept emailing and they gave me the run around. Kept saying I'll get my refund when they get their item. I got tracking and proof they got it back. I cussed them out by email telling them they'll get theirs and called them scammers. And I'm blocked from their email. Reported them to the BBB. Make sure you read of ask the people they stole from. Avoid at all costs!

My 80-year-old mother purchased this doorbell camera it didn't work, and when purchased this product you are instructed to download an app for it to work, well they were very many many bad scores bad reports that the app does not work and it crashes. Give the fact that my mother's 80 years old she misplaced the invoice. So finally was able to find the phone number and called the company to request a refund. They would only refund my mother 24% of what they took from her. She did not know she had to do it within the 30 days but again she's 80 years old and gets confused easily and I explained it to the representative but he didn't care he was very rude and I'm just letting you guys know their product doesn't work so don't buy it find a different company that has much better reviews these people are nothing but a scam shame on them for ripping off in 80 year old woman.

What a crappy experience. First they process the payment before I had a chance to review the high shipping charges. I have not received the product. They never indicated shipping method, so the US Postal Service does not use the same address that UPS, FedEx, or Amazon uses. They are making me go to the post office to prove who I am now and I don't want this overpriced product and I haven't even seen it and have no confidence I ever will. Beware buying form these people, the Google results for the company indicate they have a horrible reputation. Now they are claiming I gave them an incorrect address as a way to get out of refunding my money. Which is more BS.

I purchased compression socks from them and they didn't fit. I called and was told to send them back. I sent them back to the actual company that sent it to me, ESG on July 3rd. I have the tracking number and proof of mailing. I never received a refund. Calling Gogogadgets is a joke because the customer service person sounds like they are under water. I've called 3 times and have gone back and forth with them by email. They want me to just give up and eat the money they owe me. Do not buy from them.
