I'm getting the same issues

They seem totally disinterested after getting the sale. No wonder there thousands and thousands bad reviews on here as well as Trustpilot

100% satisfaction guaranteed but l don't know if they're giving me the run around to put me past a time deadline or what, l have their product return code but they refuse to give me a return address. They tell you right away not to send product to address on package bc it is to go
