I recently bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado crew cab four-wheel-drive with 226,000 miles on it. It was a one owner car and I received The Carfax indicated how well this guy kept it, so wanted to take it to a GM dealer Called Genesis Chevrolet in Eastpointe, they said it had too many miles, to change the transmission fluid, so they refused to service the car because of the mileage, I will never buy another GM product, and I recommend anybody that reads this, to go buy a Toyota auto at least service at no matter how many miles are on it they will service it, I know that for a fact

I had cars over the years from their company. This time I complained about their poor quality interior. They have a hell of a lot of complaints on Facebook about their cars. They could have taken care of some problems which is cheap to fix from their end after spending good money on a car they refused to fix. They don't care about customer service. They were bankrupt at one time, maybe that is what they want to be bankrupt because they don't care about fixing cheap horrible made plastic. They just call it wear and tear. Poor cheap grade interior plastic.

GM is still one of the best auto dealers there is but, when it comes to their discounts on used cars it really isn't a reduction of the price. Because there are fees that will be tacked on after the sale so... you end up paying more. When you give a discount, give it!
