Ordered grease police on 4/9, was told via website and quiet okay with it that item would not be dispatched till late September. Today is 2/10, still not sent, contacted so called customer service. Reckon they could not fill order on last shipment and are awaiting another and my order will not be dispatched till mid October, I will believe when I see it. Do not even have the decency to contact you and let you know your order cannot be filled. Service agent very rude and after speaking to manger, she was even ruder and more arrogant. These people are joke, have given them a couple of chances but no more. Really just another typical big business supported by government who are not accountable for anything.

I purchased a security valet from Global Shop Direct after viewing their advertisement on Fox News Australia, remitting a payment of $59.95 for the item. However, upon its receipt, I was dismayed to discover that the product did not align with its advertised features. Contrary to the promotional claims, the valet was composed of inexpensive plastic rather than the promised leather. Additionally, the packaging posed a safety hazard, requiring a sharp instrument to open, potentially causing injury. Furthermore, the valet failed to deliver the electronic security features as stated and had a limited capacity, accommodating a maximum of three VISA or business cards.
Compounding the disappointment, the return postage cost of $18.00 is to be borne by me, with no prospect of reimbursement from Global Shop Direct. The return process necessitates a trip to the Post Office, adding to the inconvenience.

This experience has served as a valuable lesson, particularly as a senior citizen, cautioning against the purchase of items as seen on TV, particularly from questionable vendors. It underscores the wisdom of preferring reputable platforms like Amazon, eBay, or local retailers, which offer a seamless return process and expedited refunds.

Brought the fantastic unbreakable drill set. Lasted about 30 mins and would not even drill block work. I finished up using a $2 masonary bit from a cheap hardware place. It took ages for me even to get any answer and had to pay postage to get my money back which took 4 months. These people are scammers, avoid like the plague

Early August 2023 I paid for Angel View mirrors. I received and receipt and payment acknowledgement from Global and waited for delivery. Folowed up with Global a few weeks later who told me it is on its way. Checked tracking number today. No record of the tracking number. I have approached Gobal to ascertain the situation. I await their reply hence the rating provided to date. I will review my "review" depending on the outcome.

So I bought a jordan $150 from this company from July and all now I can't get the it,I didn't remember to put my apt # so it was returned and my son needed it for school August and all now I haven't got it bk,you guys are stammer and the worst.

Bad service

Bought an air fryer, it worked for a few weeks then and error came up. Boxing day contacted them and was told was a faulty machine and they would send a replacement. Took them 7 working days to raise a replacement order. Now over a month later, no replacement, no communication, no refund. Have raised with Consumer Affairs and Choice. Will also be contacting media outlets to get resolution.
