While 99% of our orders arrive on the requested date, there are rare cases when a delay of up to 24 hours may occur due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen events during transit. FedEx and UPS are among the best in the industry and work hard to deliver on time, but as outlined in our policy, Global Rose cannot issue credits or refunds for deliveries made within 24 hours of the requested date.

Unfortunately about 40% of the roses I ordered had to be thrown away because they were dead, wouldn't hold their pedals or were wilting when I opened the package. It was unfortunate that I couldn't do the planned arrangement I wanted because I didn't have all of the roses needed.
