Emily was the recipient; I, Pamela, was the orderer. Generally it went very well. The roses arrived on time and were, apparently, beautiful, but the color was more pink than lavender. Some of the instructions were confusing, e.g. there was no clear listing for giving information for the sender.
Beautiful selection, though one of the two bouquets was frost bitten in less then 24 hours...
The roses were beautiful and just what I wanted, but! I didn't get the vase and card I ordered. So I had a hard time finding one to put them in. But my wife loves them very much.

The roses came on time, and they were of good quality. These roses were for my daughter's wedding, so I was a little anxious, but they worked out great. The only issue I have with the company is that you cannot talk to a real human being. I was able to do a chat conversation, but I really wanted to talk to a person.

Just as described…fresh and nicely packaged. Will definitely buy again. Only slight complaint would be the multi pack does not include red. We received lavender, yellow, hot pink & light pink…wish there were some red mixed in.
