Easy ordering, and next day delivery but my roses were received brown instead of pink
Dear Briana, please reach out directly via email as we would love to discuss your case further. Please keep in mind that roses have 3 to 5 guard petals which are the outer and usually larger petals that protect the inner petals of the bloom still to unfold. These, in multiple varieties, are of a different color than the actual color of the rose. For example, white roses may have green guard petals, and pink roses have brown petals. They are quite often wilted or have charred/black edges and you can remove them once the flowers start to bloom. You can also leave them on for a more natural garden look.

65 roses received in dead and dying state. This was a gift of total disappointment
Dear Michelle, we are sorry that FedEx made an attempt to deliver your order on time and there was no one available or/eligible at the address to provide a signature. Please note that our confirmation email clearly states that "all our deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone is available at your address to receive them." Thank you for understanding that the quality of our perishable products is impacted if the customer is not available on the delivery date.
