I purchased the following product on April 5th, SHIPPED VIA F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT FREIGHT

On 4/7/23, I received a chair but it was the wrong chair, not even close to the one I ordered. I called global industrial immediately, spoke with a kind and helpful rep by the name of Odessa S who took my info, and requested that I email her a picture of the incorrect product that was delivered. She confirmed it is definitely the wrong chair and advised she would contact the third party vendor who shipped the wrong chair and emailed the following to me:
I thank you for your prompt reply. Our vendor has been alerted to their error. Please allow time for the return label and fulfillment our your product. I shall be you updated until you are satisfied. Have a pleasant weekend.
I emailed Odessa on Monday at 10:08 AM for a status and this was her response:
Good Morning
Indeed, I have emailed the vendor. Unfortunately, there has not been a response at this time. I appreciate your patience and will keep you updated. So I sent this response

This is quite disappointing. I am pretty patient but it is unacceptable that your third party vendor has not responded to your request to send a return label. Therefore, considering that global industrial has received payment for the chair that I purchased, I expect global industrial to provide a return shipment label immediately so the incorrect product can be returned and have the chair I purchased shipped to me or I expect a refund.
It is not my problem that global industrial uses a third party vendor who is clearly not responsive to your request to send a return label and therefore, it is global industrials responsibility to provide a return label as you said you would if the vendor did not respond by the end of Monday 4/10/23. Odessa, I appreciate that my email has been noted. What is the plan for sending a return label so the incorrect product can be returned, and shipping the correct chair or refunding what I have paid?
After this email, she called me and asked if I wanted a refund or give it 72 hours to allow the vendor to respond, I told her I was really looking forward to this chair so I will give it 72 hours.

Hello, Regarding the incorrect merchandise you now have in your possession, more importantly, the correct "Mesh Back Drafting Stool". Unfortunately, upon conversing with our supplier this morning, there has not been a resolution. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Your continued patience is certainly appreciated. Thank you Odessa S
At this point I have lost all confidence that my order is going to be fulfilled and have yet to receive a return label for the wrong chair that was delivered. So this is the email I sent to Odessa

Well that is really disappointing and knowing there is not a clear resolution gives me no confidence that there will be one anytime soon. The wrong chair was clearly delivered and I have provided photos to support the wrong chair was delivered. The vendor Global Industrial is utilizing is clearly not capable of meeting your customer's needs. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund to my credit card immediately and I will find another company that can meet my needs.
Please provide a return label so the incorrect product can be returned.

About 3-4 months ago I decided to place an order with Global Industrial for toilet paper because of the lack of toilet paper on the shelves of my local grocery stores due to the Covid-19 crisis. This order was promptly placed on back order and remained so weeks after. I then received an email from Global Industrial asking if I am still interested in the toilet paper order placed on back order, or if I would like to cancel it. The email contained a link to click on in order to cancel the order which I immediately did as I had found a different online company to order toilet paper, and other toiletries from. I assumed this was the end of the matter, and I did not hear anything back from Global Industrial until they decided to reactivate the order that I cancelled...
I received an e-mail 6/23/2020 stating the order (which was cancelled by me 3-4 months ago) was to arrive at my home by the end of the week, and my credit card was charged $174.30. I was livid to say the least when I seen that my credit card was charged nearly $200 for an order that I cancelled 3-4 months ago.
I immediately called Global Industrial to cancel this order and explained that I had cancelled this order via a link THEIR COMPANY SENT ME! The representative then had the audacity to ask me to email the link her company sent me, rather than promptly cancel the order and immediately offer to refund my credit card for the full amount they stole from me!
This matter has still not been taken care of because I checked the UPS tracking link and it says the toilet paper will be delivered to my home on Friday 6/26/2020, and my credit card has still not been refunded!
I just called Global Industrial again about this matter and it feels like I am getting the run around. The representative then told me she could refund my money now and I thought that would be the end of the issue. She then said she has to email her manager to ask about getting a refund. I asked her who else can I speak to during business hours about this and was told to call back later when a manager is available. This may seem like a small time frame to wait, but its not for me as I do not have almost $200 to give away and I need my money back NOW.
I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ORDERS FROM GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL UNLESS THEY WANT MONEY STOLEN FROM THEIR ACCOUNT, AND A MIGRAINE TO GO ALONG WITH IT! FIND AN HONEST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
