Once again, I wrote a review about global credit union was trying make a payment on a vehicle loan... they charge you a $10 fee to do by phone. I will not bank there due to the fees. It's very convenient feature if your out of town or just don't have time. Wish it would be simple. I was aculy told by a member they will expect payment by phone no few charge... you try it's a different story once they have you on the phone and tell you. You will be charge a fee. So the deception of there market offering a friendly and family orientated company. Ya after they screw you..
