They were very quick to answer the call and came immediately to take care of our AC. Job well done for the quick and professional service!
They tried to convince me that changing the whole unit is the only solution. I am not an expert, but I do know how ACs work. I asked for a Freon service only, but they wanted to make money from my problem. I called another company to come and take care of my AC. They were quick, efficient, and much cheaper.
Simply you can't trust Global Cooling LLC and its CEO Robert Mafes. They were just sued for CONSUMER FRAUD in and four or five other counts. Who can see that a very high percentage of the reviews here are from "people" that have only 1 or 2 reviews over months or years? To me, it looks either fake or the owner is asking customers, maybe forcefully and in an intimidating way...
