This is Fraud company

I ordered 2 set of samples mean total 8botles in December 2022 they deduct payment from card and deliver aftr 2months empty sample botles.
I have sent several mail and try to connect there office staff via linkdn but no response there CEO send one msg he will check then he blocked me, even i left comment in all social media nobody reply.
There is no one for refund it's seems they are fraud company.
