Nice Clothes but Impossible to Return

I placed an order 12/13 and it was delivered to my neighbor's house on 12/19. The 30 day return window starts when you place your order not even if it's delivered to an address. The 30 days should start when you receive the order. No one ever answers the phone or emails. My next step is to dispute charges with my bank ( I bet they'll get in touch with me then).
