Worst place go buy customer service is non existing. And they won't give you credit or a refund. Do not use you'll get screwed!

Purchased gift card through Buffalo Wild Wings website. It sent me into Giftya who charged me. Email sent to my son, he followed instructions for account setup. Bought the wings, money never came through. Giftya customer service was a robot, not helpful.

Tried buying an e-card for Amazon through Giftya several weeks before Christmas 2021. After several time consuming attempts, it appeared I was successful. But just a few seconds after I received a text saying my e-card had been sent to the recipient, I received a second text saying the transaction had failed. It was suggested I start from scratch and try again. No thanks.

I don't if this is just really poorly designed or a scam, but it didn't work for me. My mom bought me $75 for GrubHub (not realizing she could just buy a card directly from GrubHub...) and I have not been reimbursed for any GrubHub purchases. At best, this is a stupid concept.

Horrible! I bought a gift card and the person I sent it to never received it. The online chat did not work. I had to spend over 30 minutes to find a phone number and get ahold of customer service. They were barely any help. They just keep telling us that it was sent and they claimed the gift card. The person I sent this to NEVER received a text from them. At one point they told me they emailed it to him, I NEVER gave them his email. I asked for a refund. Now it's saying to will take 10 days to get the money back.

I ordered a 50$ Uber eats card for my boyfriend. It was not delivered from his phone within an hour. I called and they told me the system is slow and it would be delivered within 4 hours. Here it is 2 days later, still have not received. I called and they said the order was cancelled and I am banned from using giftya again for reasons they can not share. I was so confused this was the first time I had ever used their website or heard of them. Just a waste of time overall

I tried to purchase a Google Play egift card for my partner as a gift. I put my order through and the money was deducted from my bank account, however neither of us received the egift card. After contacting support I received an automated email response with a link to an article stating why your credit card may not work online and that my order was canceled and never processed! So never processed means they take your money, no one receives a gift, and no refund. I would NOT recommend this website to anyone.

Tried to order four visa gift cards thru google browser microsoft browser and phone app and after filling out all the info they ask for payment. I fill out paypal and credit card infor and all i ever get is sorry we can't help you. Talk to them on phone and all they could say is customer service won't tell me anything sorry we can't help you

My company gave me a gift card through Giftya that never came. They said I opened and used it. I did get the texts with the code, then the website said an email would come with the gift card, it never came. I looked in spam/junk folders, I used search for keywords in my email, nothing! DO NOT USE!

I ordered some gift cards and they turned around and canceled my order and then told me I had to wait 3-7 to get my money back they were acting like I was the problem I purchased 5-100 dollar CoinBase gift cards the next day the stock I was going to pick went up almost 3 percent and they told me they would not cover the lost.

Made one transaction which worked fine. Did a 2nd one 5 mins later and the platform got caught in a loop. The chatbot is useless and no obvious support. Very frustrating
