This store has been my lifesaver on so many occasions. I am kind of a clumsy guy who always remembers to buy a gift when needed in the last hour 🥴 And just remembered that I have never written a review at least to thank them for their amazing service and show how happy I am that I have discovered them. Now, whenever I have occasion for a gift, I turn to their website and see if I can find something appropriate. And I always do 😀 The gifts come in nice and fancy packages, the prices are affordable and the delivery is fast. Also, they have a remarkable assortment so it is not tricky to find something for whatever occasion it is.
I paid extra to have the basket delivered on Friday and it didn't delivery until Monday after 6 p.m. If you are going to offer expedited delivery at a cost, then you need to get it there when you say you will.

Update: sent email via contact form on their site, not only did they email back, they also called me! During the time I submitted the contact form, another rep reached out to verify if I wanted to sign my name on the gift being sent, I did, so double score for Gift Tree.
Original issue: Promo code did not apply to item ordered. Even though, TWO promo codes provided by the company. Seriously mislead.
Summary, if you have an issue, just reach out to them, they will promptly make it right.
Usually had good experience, however, not applying promo codes provided is problem.
It was a last minute order and was delivered within one day! The items in the gift basket were quality products as shown on the site.

I was very happy with the online selections of gifts, the website was very user friendly, excited that I could us the coupon code on my first order and the quick ship and reasonable shipping fee is was the icing on the cake, or should I say cookies :) Thank you for a great shopping experience! Then it all went down hill. They notified me by email to advise my order shipped, however, it never arrived, the customer service isn't open on week end so I could follow up but found out through Fed Ex that they never contacted Fed Ex to pick up, so my Mother's day gift was never received. When I finally got a hold of customer service the following Monday (after Mother's Day) they said it was lost in shipping, which was false since they never sent it out to begin with. P.
