Giftcard Zen

I attempted to buy a Target Dept Store gift card from Gift Card Zen using a pre-paid credit card. When I called them they told me their credit card verification system had failed and the money would be put back on my card by the next morning however they left the transaction on my credit pre-paid card as "pending" for a full week. Since the Zen purchase was for the full amount on the pre-paid card I had to wait 8 days to use it. When I called their customer service dept It felt like I was talking to Sean Penn's character "Spicoli" from the movie "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" From my experience I feel Zen is very bad at handling customer service related issues. I would not recommend Zen to my friends/family, there are better run companies like Zen out there.

THE STAFF IS SUPER COURTEOUS. THE SERVICE ITSELF IT 5 STAR, QUICK RESPONSE. I'VE BOUGHT SERVERAL ECARDS FROM THEM AND THEY GET DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Be careful with them, I Purchased three gift cards for TGI friday (ranging $13~$50 each) from them in 10/2016. Out of 3 gift cards, 2 of them had 0.00$ balance. $13 card had full balance on it.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY? They refuse resolve the matter stating it was beyond 100 days. I discovered from TGI Friday customer service that these cards were used prior to my purchase, in essence I was sold dummy cards.

I am going back to other trustworthy vendors.
