I purchased my hair straightener from the site and have constantly been emailing all week to confirm it is faulty. No one has responded on how to get my "30 day refund guarantee". The only way of contacting them is via the email. They were quick to reply when I asked them to give me a tracking number before I received the goods. There is no other way of contacting them, so they think they can get away with this scam. The site states you must report you complaint within 24 hours and we will respond to emails within 24 hours. It has now been almost a week.
