This company is a terrible company, its operated by via-path technologies, it is for communicating with inmates that are incarcerated, there systems are designed to be so difficult to understand and use, you get frustrated and give up on using it, you have to setup and deposit money in the inmates account and the setup and deposit money in your account, any monies you deposit if forfeited, the do not give refunds, even if your the person that deposited the money in the inmates account the inmate is the only person that can request a refund, and the money is mailed to you in a check and may take up to 3 months, all the while there making interest on your money in there bank. Do not by any means use this company there a fraudulent and a ripoff. Calling customer service is a joke, the wait time is up to an hour and when you do get someone they cant speak English you cant understand what there saying and in the end they wont give you a refund. If your family member or friends get put in prison do not use this company.
