Muama Ryoko

Ever since I purchased this portable internet tool, my productivity and access to the internet had been almost limitless because of its capability to provide a quality internet speed, long battery life and at the same time, it is very much affordable. It may seem to good to be true, but I've already been using it for awhile now but it remains consistent in service and quality.

I purchased this portable wifi online from their website. Easy to navigate and ordering process. Delivery was fast too. I got excited upon receipt of my package. It works as advertised, I am satisfied with the product as well as their service.

What can I say? Well it worked like a dream! We recently took a 12-hour road trip and it was excellent. My wife watched her stories all the way over, except in the mountains where no one gets a signal. It allowed me to drive in peace and listen to some YouTube videos I wanted to catch up on.

Happy with my transaction! I received it in 11 days! Amazing considering the order was shipped from abroad and cleared customs with record speed. Very well packaged and thus far I am very impressed with the wifi router's performance. Thanks for a great customer experience!

This little tool has us very impressed. We had no experience with a language translator before, so we were unsure what to expect. Once spending a few minutes with the instruction booklet, the operation was straight forward. We gave it try using French and Japanese, it performed well. Poliglu's an impressive pocket-sized machine.

I recently purchased the Muama Ryoko portable WiFi router, and it has exceeded all my expectations. This compact device is incredibly user-friendly and convenient for anyone needing reliable internet access.

Aside from the access I have in my mobile phone, I want to have a spare that's why I got this wifi router. Used it a couple of times already and it has been very helpful usually during those times when I am out and I need to be online all the time.

Bought 4 units for family. Doesn't work. No one responds to help request. Plan to return. All I get is more crappy items.

I had it and cancelled it and they still charged my account, i had two devices on att and this ran real slow and dropped the conecton

Poor service only had mbps of 7.3 inside and outside of my house i went to return it and they will not accpet returns if it was not open... lol then they said i can return the item but they charge an undisclosed amount,,, next thing was the want to to pay return shipping to germany at a cost of $72.00 and still a undisclosed amount,, plus they attached an auto pay of $10.00 a month on my paypal account,,, to bad i cant give zero stars

I attempted to order one unit and when I double checked my order miraculously they had sent me too, so I called back within five minutes of placing the order and was told that it had already gone to processing and then I couldn't change the order so they told me I should just accept the order as is and return the unused unit When it arrives not telling me that I would have to pay return shipping. They also ship the unit to the billing address in Florida not my actual location in Maryland causing me to incur an additional $11.48 In forwarding fees, the price to return the whole order unused and unopened was $69 subtracted from $138 order. This company is a shame. Their shipping practices are dishonest. I would order the unit from Amazon instead of ordering it directly from them if you want one.

This company should be outlawed. I can't believe they allow this kind of companies to operate without any regard to us the customers. This little Wi-Fi machine that they have is a piece of s*** it didn't work anywhere there was no service anywhere when I travel throughout Europe and Asia battery life is very very short and I had no service and no internet service ever do not buy this it's a scam if you don't believe me throw away your money...! It is made by a little company in Lithuania and when you want to return the item the shipping cost more than twice the price of the device so they give you 50% and let you keep the product the product is not worth 0.5%

This Ryoko wireless portable device is fantastic! I feel more secure because I can access my business from anywhere and the battery lasts a long time. Moreover, multiple devices may well be linked simultaneously. It's a very convenient tool, considering its portability and efficiency.

I love Muamaryoko router! Set up is a breeze. I don't even have a computer, except for at work. Love that I can access my internet info on my phone and see what or who is all logged in. Connection is quite great most of the time. I am amazed by how it works.

I recently bought this Ryoko wi-fi and subscribed for a data plan. It works fine and it's easy to set-up. It can connect to multiple devices all at the same time. Just be mindful of your data allocations because you might be surprised that you won't be able to use anymore after unnoticed consumption.

A year ago, I gave this as a gift to my husband who's work is more into travelling almost everywhere in the world. He loved it and uses it often and says he is satisfied with its quality and performance. Glad to take this recommended brand.

Due to my busy work schedule, I wanted a convenient way to stay connected all the time especially when traveling. Ordered this from Ryoko and I was able to get it before the Christmas rush. Performance is 5 stars, I recommend it.

I was overjoyed with the quality of the product. I spent a lot of time trying to find a good 4G wifi, and I was happy to land on this this device. Connection is very competent and reliable. Thumbs up to this.

I WAS LATE DOING THOROUGH RESEARCH. WHEN I READ THE REVIEWS I REALIZED THAT IT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED AND CANCELED MY ORDER IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED EVEN THOUGH THEIR RECORDS SAID THAT WAS A LIE. NOW MONEY IS LOST WITH NO HOPE OF RECOVERY.

They sent me two when i only order one as well. Their advertising states that there are no contracts which to me means no monthly fees to use the device; however, AFTER you make the purchase, they let you know that you will need to pay $40/month so I called customer service to cancel before they shipped. I also sent TWO separate emails to them attempting to cancel BEFORE they shipped. They shipped any way and when i received a return merch auth, their return address is Lithuania rather than the guy "Jerry" in california who sent it to me. The cost to ship these things to Lithuania is nearly as much as the cost of the TWO (not one that I ordered) that they shipped me. I'm contacting the FTC to report shady business practices.
