Considering other options on the market Lumina isn't a bad choice at all. Good quality hardware and excellent AI features. I had a few issues with the product initially and was quite frustrated when the company CTO himself spoke to me and resolved them. You don't get that kind of support elsewhere. I think I am gonna stick with Lumina and give them whatever time they need. Thanks.

This was my first purchase from Lumina. Their price was the best I could find for a similar product and no one else was offering the same AI features. The shipment took way longer than expected but the customer service kept me informed. I am using their 4k camera for a little over a week now and I am satisfied with it. Excellent product and even better customer support. I love how all the relevant information is available on their website complete with product demos. So, you have a fair idea of what you are getting. My verdict is even if the camera doesn't exceed expectations it definitely lives up to the promise!

The 4k system I bought from Lumina has been amazing. Package arrived undamaged and without defects. Shipping was super delayed because of global supply chain issues. Software needs improvements and last time I spoke with the support staff they were very optimistic on redressal of all the issues in future updates.
